COMMISSION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the IEA will charge The Association with a proffer of $50 for entitlement to
perform the services of an agent on behalf of The Association . Thereby becoming vested with
all the right, privileges attendant thereto. The IEA, with subsequent exchange to the IEA, IT IS
AGREED:
1. Contract Services:The Association hereby agrees to accept and IEA agrees to provide,
the services upon the terms, conditions, and code of conduct .
2. Compensation: The IEA under this Agreement,The Association shall exchange to the
IEA the following:
a. The Association agrees to exchange it’s membership, information, and consultation
for $50.
b. The Association agrees to exchange 10 gallons of Vitale:Muur-Science:Water for
$100 for three (3) exchanges to the IEA.
c. The Association agrees to exchange 50 gallons of Vitale:Muur-Science:Water with a
deduction of $2 per gallon from $10 to $8 to the IEA.
d. When the IEA reaches the exchange amount of $500 gallons in total , The
Association agrees to exchange Vitale:Muur-Science:Water with a deduction of $5
per gallon from $10 to $5 to the IEA. ( IEA and The Association agrees to keep a log
of exchanges for fair private business).
e. You must claim credit for each exchange by filling in your name and your Gansul #
or Federal ID Number in the Exchanger Section on the WATER Order. For your own
benefit, do not let anybody else fill out this information for you.
f. The IEA will not be treated as an employee with respect to any services .
g. This contract may be altered at any time by the Association without consulting with
any or all IEA
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement in duplicate the day and
year written below. By signing this document, I have read, understand and agree to abide by the
disclosure terms, conditions, and code of conduct set forth in the following documents:
