Plans), rejoined Mercy Healths Legal Department following the decision to divest the health
plan and exit the health insurance market.

Provided business and legal advice and counsel to the Managed Care, Provider Contracting,
Human Resources and Employee Benefits departments.

Also served in the role of Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer.

Actively assisted and coordinated with outside counsel with disposition of Mercy Health
Plans to Coventry Health Care in October, 2010.

Position was eliminated in June, 2014 due to a company-wide reduction in force.
