License Agreement

Please read this license agreement carefully before using this product. By using this product, you agree to be bound by
the terms of this agreement.
Great Dane Graphics owns and retains all copyright to everything pertaining to but not limited to this product. All
images and content contained in this product and all images and content posted on www.greatdanegraphics.com are
the property of Great Dane Graphics.
You may not give away this product for any reason whatsoever, as an inducement for promotion
purposes, goodwill purposes or any other purposes. You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer,
decompile, disassemble (except and solely to the extent an applicable statute expressly and specifically
prohibits such restrictions), or create derivative works based on the product. You may not use any of the
contents or files contained here-in for resale or redistribution as a digital image collection or clip art
collection without the express written permission of Great Dane Graphics; rent, lease, grant a security
interest in, or otherwise transfer rights of these images.
You may not post this product or any part there of on the internet.
No electronic transfer of this product or the files contained herein is allowed including, but not limited to
e-mail computer facsimile, duplication or posting on any computer bulletin board.
Downloading of this product from the internet from any web site or bulletin board other than Great
Dane Graphics is prohibited.
You may not copy, transfer or duplicate this product onto CD, DVD or any other storage medium. You
can however make one copy of the files solely for backup purposes.
You may not copy or distribute the binder, in whole or in part or any content of this product for any
commercial use, as an inducement or for any other purpose.
Great Dane Graphics copyrights are strictly enforced and any use of copyrighted materials prohibited
under this Licensing Agreement will be considered a violation of all applicable State, U.S. and
International copyright laws and agreements and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
This product is being licensed to, and may only be used by the company that purchased the product. It
can only be used by that company at one location of business. If the company has several business
locations, the purchase of another product for each location is required.
Transnational transfers are a violation of International copyright laws and agreements and will be
prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
This product or any parts there of may not be used for resale, or redistribution as digital images.
Any and all copyright and disclaimer notices contained in the downloads, individual CD packaging
and discs are hereby incorporated by reference and are a part of this agreement.
Termination: The license granted hereunder to use this product will terminate automatically if you fail to
comply with the limitations described herein or fail to pay for the product in full. Upon termination of the
license to use the Software, you must destroy all copies of the product, files and Documentation. The
digital files and images in all Great Dane Graphics product are the property of Great Dane Graphics.
You are only licensed to use these copyrighted images provided you have made payment in full. If you
have used any copyrighted image from Great Dane Graphics without payment in full, you have violated
Federal and international copyright laws.You must cease and desist use of all Great Dane Graphics
copyrighted materials until the product is paid for in full.Any previous usage of any copyrighted Great
Dane Graphics image for any purpose constitutes a Federal and International copyright Violation.To

restore your original license to use these images, you must make payment in full.Great Dane Graphics
will prosecute copyright violations to the full extent of the law.
Limitation Of Liability: Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, contract or otherwise,
shall Great Dane Graphics or its suppliers or resellers be liable to you or any other person for any
indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation,
damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction or any and all other
commercial damages or losses.In no event will licensor be liable for any damages in excess of the
amount licensor received from you for a license to the software, even if licensor shall have been informed
of the possibility of such damages or for any claim by any third party.This limitation of liability shall not
apply to liability for death or personal injury resulting from licensors negligence to the extent applicable
law prohibits such limitation.Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so this exclusion and limitation may not apply to you. Great Dane Graphics
reserves the right to substitute any of the files or images contained in the collection at any time, without
prior notice.The purchaser agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Great Dane Graphics for any liability
incurred as a result of the purchasers unauthorized use of any materials contained or obtained using this
product, including but not limited to use of logos in violation of any right of the copyright or trademark
holder of such logos.
Use of this product constitutes acceptance of this agreement.
