To: Employers
Date: 31.05.2014
Subject: New Requirments

The management department has been thinking of a series of action to update every employers
computers skills.
Our plan is to take the trainings to a high-level and implement new company strategies, for the
ability to learn the new software quickly and adapt to change.
The new trainings:

Word Processing

High-level administrative business professionals must be able to produce written copy and
spreadsheet information. Experience in word processing is essential, as these professionals
must be able to produce written documents that include business memos and letters, updates
and general correspondence for staff and customers. In addition, these professionals must able
to create spreadsheets for analysis and forecasting.

General Internet

General Internet skills are essential for high-level admin professionals, and include using email
and performing Internet research, often using Boolean search operators. High-level admin
business professionals must be able to search and analyze online information without
assistance.

Communication

Communication via the computer is a standard in the professional industries. Outside of phone
and email, many companies use online options to communicate with their employees, partners
and customers. These alternative options include teleconferencing, video conferencing, using
VoIP technology like Skype, as well as instant messaging. Not only must high-level
professionals be able to communicate with these systems, they must also be able to initiate
communication and instruct others on the use of the systems, when necessary, to ensure
smooth and efficient meetings.

Accounting

Solid accounting skills are required for most high-level admin professionals, as they are often
involved in the business budgeting and invoicing efforts. Many businesses, especially corporate
entities, use accounting software to eliminate manual accounting tasks and ensure accurate
calculations. While not every high-level admin business professional is required to have
accounting software experience, it is nonetheless a good skill to have.

High-level admin business positions include legal secretaries, accountants and chief executives,
as well as executive and division managers, to name a few. These positions are responsible for
administrating the business operations while managing staff and implementing company
strategies. They require professionals to maintain comprehensive skills in computers and their
ever-evolving software.
