Warehouse Procedure

Receiving Deliveries by Mr. Hanif and

inspecting the boxes if there is any opened
box by custom or during shipment.He
writes down the pallet number and count
the boxes.

Mr. Hanif Open the box check the weight of

single item and then the whole box and
then each box.if the box weight is 10 to 30
gram more or less then its no prolem if
more then he open each box to find out if
there is any damage.

During sipment if he found some items are

missing, damage, broken, broken pump ,
cellophane or cover damage.HE informs the
management by sending them his excel
sheet so they can update their system.

Warehouse labor then put all the stock onto

the shelves in proper order.They keep few
boxes on down shelves and other quantity
on top of shelves.
Next step is Mr. Mohammad Saud updates
all the stock into SAP system that how
much quantity is saleable and how much is
in other location like damage, broken,
cellophane etc.

Now this stock is ready for Invoicing.

Sales team get the order from the market
and send that to Mr. Farooq he send this
order to warehouse by using SAP
system.Then MR Sarour Receives it and give
it to the warehouse labour to make it ready
by getting all the required item by the
customer.

Warehouse Labor starts making it ready by
searching in specific area which is
mentioned on the document.They also
check the reference number and barcode to
avoid any mistake.
During completing any order if the
warehouse staff finds anything missing,
broken, broken pump or cellophane or
cover damage. They inform MR. Sarour and
he updates this stock into SAP system.He
transfer the stock from saleable to other
location

The next step is after the warehouse labor

find all the required items of the order he
takes them to the packing area. There are
three packing area's. 1) Jeddah & Remote
Area, 2) Riyadh and 3) Dammam.

The person who is in packing area put the

order refernce into his system and he get
the detail of the order that how much
quantity has been order for each item. Then
he scan each item to make sure its
complete quantity.

After scaning all the items he put the items

into the box .After that if he has more then
1 box he prints the sticker and write down
the order details on them, location where it
will go and box number.

The next step is he prints two invoices and

delivery note and put three of these
documents with the purchase order in the
box number 1 and put tape on it.Then he
confirms it, That its ready to dispatch.

Product Classification Details

Now here is the Responsibility of MR
Ahmed Makram. He deals with NAQEL
service to dispatch these orders for Riyadh
and Dammam Region and for Jeddah we
send by our own sources.

In Future if We receive any return from the

showroom. Mr. Abdul basit handle this
responsibility and he also update the SAP
for any missing, damage or any kind of
broken items etc. Then the warehouse labor
put all this stock back to saleable location if
its in perfect order.Otherwise in proper
locationn like if its damage then it will go to
damage location etc.

All the Cellophane items which are in

Location 40,41 and 42 will be re-rapped by
Mr AbduLLah on the request received by
Mr. Khalid Alzein and then all these items
will go back to saleable location.

There are different shelves in the

showrooms for the products like AA, BB,
CC, DD, EE and FF. The last shelf has
different locations for different stock GG
and Also for products as well.

AA for Dior & Burberry Items

BB for Dior & Burberry Also but Dior in last

section and shelve starts with burberry

CC for Mont Blanc

DD for Versace, Dior Bebe tester & product

aswell, Karl Legerfield, Balman Tester and
Product, Boucheron, Banana Republic and
Van Clief & Arples

Product Classification Details

EE for Hermes, Cartier, Paris Monticarlo,

Repeto & so on.Also we keep here Pupa
Testers

FF, This All section Is for PUPA products

GG is the last shelf where we keep products

and also have many location made on this
shelf for broken,damage etc stock.

There are few more shelves in the other

part of warehouse where They keep other
warehouse related stuff and also one
section which is in the last is for Abdul Basit
where he keeps Broken, Cover Damage and
cellophane stock etc.Also In the part of
warehouse an area assigned to Abdullah for
cellophane.
