CONSERVATION PLEDGE - I give my pledge as a Canadian, to save and faithfully defend from waste the natural
resources of my Country - its soils, minerals, the air, waters, foresrs and wildlife.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: READ THOROUGHLY

1. Initiation fee is payable when application is submitted. Initiation fee will be refunded if application is
refused.
2. Applicant must be sponsored by TWO members in good standing and approved by a seventy-five
percent (75%) majority of the votes cast at a General Meeting of the membership. A minimum of TEN
(10) votes must be cast before the application can be processed. Sponsors must be members for a
minimum of two (2) years.
3. The membership application form must be in the hands of the Club Executive at least 30 days prior
to the first meeting at which it may be considered.
4. An application for membership must be approved within six (6) months after first consideration or
the application will be considered refused.
5. The candidate applying for membership in the Corporation shall be any person of suitable character
and interest, willing to adhere to the aims, by-laws and regulations of the Corporation and willing to
undertake their share of the work and obligation required of each member.
6. All members must attend at least one General Meeting per year. Failure to do so will result in loss of
membership for one year and you must re-apply.
