Arrests made in Aggravated Robbery


On January 3, 2010, just after 1:00pm, the Bryan Police Department
received a call of a Burglary of a Habitation in progress at 1313
Antone. Officers from the Bryan Police Department arrived in the area
within just a few minutes and surrounded the house. Officers located
two suspects still on scene and five victims inside the residence.
The suspects allegedly entered the residence with weapons and
restrained the victims. The Bryan Fire Department responded to the
scene to check on the victims as a precaution; no one was transported
to the hospital. The Criminal Investigation Division responded to the
scene to assist in the investigation.

ARRESTED:
Xavier Deondra Young, B/M, DOB 11/04/1987, 22 year old, Bryan
resident.

Aggravated Robbery X 5 – First Degree Felony
Burglary of Habitation with intent to commit a felony X 2 – First
Degree Felony
Theft of Firearm – State Jail Felony
Possession of a Firearm by a convicted felon – Class A Misdemeanor

Lachunsia Unique Young, B/F, DOB 04/04/1989, 20 year old, College

Lachunsia Young charges:


Aggravated Robbery X 5 – First Degree Felony
Burglary of Habitation with intent to commit a felony X 2 – First
Degree Felony
Theft of Firearm – State Jail Felony
Possession of a Firearm by a convicted felon – Class A Misdemeanor
Evading detention or arrest – Class B Misdemeanor

Aggravated Robbery is punishable with a confinement for term from 5 to


99 years or life in prison; and an optional fine not to exceed
$10,000.

Burglary of Habitation with intent to commit a felony is punishable


with a confinement for term from 5 to 99 years or life in prison; and
an optional fine not to exceed $10,000.

Theft of Firearm is punishable with a confinement for a term from 180


days to 2 years in a state jail; and an optional fine not to exceed
$10,000.

Possession of a Firearm by a convicted felon is punishable with a


confinement for a term not to exceed 1 year in county jail; and/or a
fine not to exceed $4,000.

Evading detention or arrest is punishable with a confinement for a


term not to exceed 180 days in county jail; and/or a fine not to
exceed $2,000.
