Mission – Vision
Mission
Sustainable Supply Solutions offer holistic, tailor-made and customized solutions in the areas
of regenerative and renewable energies. We focus on the planning and construction of
autonomous, independent networks of emission-free buildings in remote, disconnected
regions of interest for the Tourism Sector.
From the initial consultation to after-sale support, Sustainable Supply Solutions offers a wide
range of high quality services. We offer professional solutions with high performance and
efficiency.
Vision
Sustainable Supply Solutions inspire with flexible, innovative solutions and continuous
partnership with the customer.
The goal is to establish self-sufficient, independent and emission free buildings aided by
renewable and sustainable energy technologies.
Nowadays, energy sources such as natural oil and gas are scarce and expensive. Even
fossil fuels are not widely available.
It is currently already possible to apply renewable energy in remote areas, however, not yet
used in tourist areas without the need to resort back to the traditional energy resources.
In terms of sustainable and environmentally friendly energy use and production, Sustainable
Supply Solutions have developed a concept which allows for the establishment of buildings,
completely independent of conventional energy sources.
Here, the focus is on leisure resorts and summer residences, time share property or any
settlement in remote, undeveloped areas, e.g. tourist information centres, visitor centres, as
well as logistic buildings next to remote tourist attractions.
The basis of this concept is the fundamental and compulsory use of environmentally friendly
and renewable energy sources with the aim of both ecological and economical construction.
These buildings are completely self-sufficient and independent. Through intelligent power
and water management it is possible to establish and use these buildings as a “Stand Alone
Solution” in disconnected regions.
To improve the efficiency of such buildings, the latest power and water saving technologies
from Germany is recommended, such as energy saving lamps, washing machines with all-
water technology, motion sensitive automatic switches and water plumbing fixtures
Home Construction
The patented composite formwork technique is an innovative fusion and further development
of the best properties of conventional methods. It is a solid construction method using
concrete encasements, with a customised formwork of cement-bonded particle boards
(CBPB) remains in the building as so called lost formwork. Because of this advantageous
connection of industrialisation with high flexibility the VS-system does not only satisfy any
creative and technical requirements, but also high economic and ecologic demands.
The formwork consists of 24mm thick cement-bonded particle boards, which are industrially
assembled to hollow elements in our production plant.
Material Benefits
The system combines the technical characteristics of a reinforced concrete building with the
excellent climate-values of a wooden building
Statics
The reinforced concrete core guarantees stability, including high pressure and pulling force.
Therefore a high degree of Earthquake safety is provided.
Sound Insulation
Heat Insultation
The concept ensures optimal and effective heat storage. The heat is bound on both sides of
the concrete core. The cement bonded particle boards and a full external thermal protection
system lead to a drastic reduction in heating costs.
Climate
Through the intense humidity balance and almost unchanged surface temperature on the flat
cement, a healthy and comfortable indoor climate is achieved.
The CAWS Split Climate System is applied here. This system distinguishes itself through its
high-energy technology (energy efficiency class A). The system requires the Photovoltaic
mechanism to provide a permanent power supply.
Should there be a lack of solar energy over a long time period (e.g. in extreme weather
situations e.g. a sandstorm) it is possible to load the energy store via another media. (e.g.
water/wind power).
Solar modules are used for the heating of water, for example, that used for showers and
washing. Through a 400 litre combined water store, during cooler outdoor temperatures, a
flow of up to 60° can be created using traditional radiators and heating procedures.
Via fresh water tanks (or cistern, well, river, pipeline) water is supplied to houses individually.
The effluent water (from washing machine, toilet etc) is cleansed via a BIO treatment plant
and is available for reuse (for example use in garden, washing machine etc.).
