Sub: Report on testing of UPS batteries at your office (UPS 01)
We thank you very much for the courtesy extended to our service team during their
visit to your office to do online health check up for your UPS batteries. We also thank
you for giving us an opportunity to check the healthiness of your UPS batteries using
our online health monitor.
We are herewith enclosing the detailed report according to our observations based on
the testing for your kind reference.
UPS 1-BANK 1
1. 06 No. of Battery is showing very low voltage i.e. 9V. We infer that either that
particular battery has gone faulty or the batteries is not taking enough charge
hence this battery is getting discharged.
2. 10 Nos. of batteries is showing 12.0 V .This is good battery.
3. So based on our test reports we suggest you to that it is better to replace the
06Nos. of batteries which are showing low voltage in the battery bank, by giving a
shutdown and replace immediately for better backup.
UPS 1-BANK 2
4. 03No. of Battery is showing very low voltage i.e. 9V. We infer that either that
particular battery has gone faulty or the batteries is not taking enough charge
hence this battery is getting discharged.
5. 13 Nos. of batteries is showing 12.0 V .This is good battery.
6. So based on our test reports we suggest you to that it is better to replace the 03
Nos. of batteries which are showing low voltage in the battery bank, by giving a
shutdown and replace immediately for better backup.
Note: We suggest to you to replace the 16 Nos. of 12V/100AH battery for full backup.
Two separate one bank of 12V/100Ah battery for UPS.

2. Remaining batteries are showing voltage of above 12V at the end of discharge. These are good batteries.

high voltage in the battery bank, by giving a shutdown and replace if necessary.

3. Remaining batteries are showing voltage of above 12V at the end of discharge. These are good batteries.

high voltage in the battery bank, by giving a shutdown and replace if necessary.
