1. Choose ANY organization in a particular industry. You need to develop a planning strategic
change report in the selected organization. You need to discuss four established models of
change and their differences. AC 1.1
2. You are required to evaluate the relevance of the models of strategic change within the selected
organization. AC 1.2
3. You are to assess the value of using strategic intervention techniques that are used in the
organization and how they are applied within your selected organization. AC 1.3
4. Examine the forces that are currently impacting the need for strategic change in your selected
organisation and assess how different factors are driving the need for change. AC 2.1, 2.2
5. You are to assess the resource implications of the organisation not responding to strategic
change. Evaluate the relevant financial, human and physical resources. AC 2.3
6. Design an appropriate and workable system to involve stakeholders on the planning of change.

7. Explain different strategies that are available in the process of change management and develop
the most appropriate strategy for change in selected organisation show how they would involve
stakeholders in the development of this strategy.AC 3.2
8. Justify the effectiveness of the systems used to involve stakeholders in the development of a
change strategy. You need to evaluate the process, taking account of anything that worked well
and anything that did not work well or could have worked better. AC 3.3
9. You are to design a strategy for managing resistance to change that is appropriate to your
selected organisation. You need to address the issues and provide a workable approach to
overcome the resistance. AC 3.4
10. Develop appropriate models for ongoing change in your selected organisation. The models need
to reflect the circumstances facing the organisation. AC 4.1
11. Illustrate how they would plan to implement the model for change in their selected organisation
by impact of considering Internal and external circumstances. You are to propose practical and
measures to monitor the progress of the change model once it is launched workable in
organizational context. AC 4.2
