Stress: Causing Changes in Teenagers Social Interaction


Introduction:
Are you losing sleep because of worrying about tests and schoolwork?
Eating on the run because your schedule is just too busy? You're not alone.
Everyone experiences stress at times adults, teens, and even kids. Stress
is acting or exerting intense effort of ones mind and body. It has been in the
society since the existence of humanity. Stress, today, is one of the most
common words we hear due to the continuous innovation and workforce of
mankind. That feeling we get when we are so burdened of the tasks,
problems and crises of our lives can be due to stress. Even as a teenager,
stress is the number one enemy in ones teenage life.
Thesis Statement:
As stress among teenagers is caused by school works, social pressure, and
bad time management, stress affects the social aspect of a teenagers
behavioral aspect and personality in relation to ones social interaction and
relationships.

Definition and Scientific Concept of Stress


In the general publics knowledge, stress is when we feel overloaded
and pressured in many things particularly in tasks. Stress, by definition, is
the sense of overload due to agents around the person causing the person to
feel pressured and uneasy in order to respond to changes (Morrow, 2013).
In science, stress is due to reaching the limitations of the physiological
and psychological capacity of a person (Nordqvist, 2013).
