PRICES
Remain at high levels
Internationally, dairy product prices have fallen back
somewhat from their peak in April, but still remain at
elevated levels, substantially above a year earlier. The main
contributing factor is the limited availability of produce for
export.
The FAO Dairy Price Index stood at 252 points in
October, 25 percent above the same month in 2012. For
the main dairy commodities, the change between the
same periods has been: whole milk powder (WMP), up

botulism.
