The ticket is sold by The Royal National Agricultural and Industrial
Association of Queensland ABN 41 417 513 726 (RNA).
The ticket is sold on the condition that the holder is bound by these
terms and conditions. By purchasing the ticket you agree to be bound
by the terms and conditions as well as any other conditions specified
by RNA on its website.
1. The ticket is issued for use at the 2013 Show only and is valid for
entry from 8 to 17 August 2013.

2. The ticket is valid for one entry to the Brisbane Showgrounds only.
3. Pass outs can be obtained from any Ekka Information Booth
between 9am-9pm. Pass outs may only be used for re-entry to the
Showgrounds on the day of issue only.
4. The RNA is not liable to give a refund or exchange the ticket for
any reason. If the Show is cancelled, the RNA may consider, at its
absolute discretion, an application for a refund on any unused ticket.
5. The RNA reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists,
displays, exhibitions and attractions and/or vary advertised programs,
prices, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
6. The RNA reserves the right to prohibit the use of cameras, audio
and video recorders in some areas of the Brisbane Showgrounds or
if used in any manner that the RNA in its absolute discretion deems
inappropriate.

7. The RNA reserves the right to inspect all bags and containers being
brought into the Brisbane Showgrounds and refuse entry to any
person carrying any item that in the RNAs absolute discretion is
dangerous or prohibited.
8. The RNA reserves the right to refuse entry to any person whose ticket
is damaged, has been defaced in any way, does not have a fully visible
barcode or was not obtained through a ticket seller authorised by the
RNA. Only printed tickets are valid for entry. Barcodes which are in
electronic format will not be accepted.
9. An Adult Pass ticket allows entry to 1 adult.
10. Persons entering the Brisbane Showgrounds do so at their own risk.
The RNA accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage to any
person or thing.
11. Persons entering the Brisbane Showgrounds waive all rights in
relation to any photograph, image or likeness of them produced
whilst attending the Show. The RNA retains all rights in all images it
produces.
12. By purchasing this ticket, the ticket holder agrees to the RNA

Present this ticket at any Ekka Information Booth before leaving Show to get 30% off a return Adult

as at the day of entry. Children 4 years and under of age as at the day
of entry are free.
10. The RNA reserves the right to require the presentation of proof of
age for children entering on a Little Ekka VIP Pass. If a person cannot
provide evidence satisfactory to the RNA, the RNA reserves the right
to refuse entry to that person.
11. Persons entering the Brisbane Showgrounds do so at their own risk.
