UN TOLD 'FAMILY LAW COURTS ABUSING ONE MILLION AUSTRALIAN'S HUMAN RIGHTS
LAWYERS VERSUS LAWYER – BIGGEST HUMAN RIGHTS CASE OF THE CENTURY? -
VICTORIAN SUPREME COURT PROCEEDINGS 9665 OF 2007, 9263 AND 10222 OF 2008
AND 3731 AND 3366 OF 2009
1. I have received from you two grossly absurd and embarrasing letters. I am deliberately
pretending not to have received them for the following reasons.
2. Your two letters are grossly embarrassing for an organisation like yours and a man like you.
3. The cardinal rule for anyone or any organisation that proclaims itself to be a human rights
advocate is that it / you must practice what you preach. If you shut your eyes to human
rights abuses (especially as rampant as the ones I am complaining of) – well doesn't that
make you condone them, you are a fellow-traveller, you are guilty by association of the
crimes against humanity (the 2 to 20 per week suicide rate for displaced Australian dad's) of
the human rights predators and abusers?
4. I attach for your information:

 and following on further by a full copy of my 300 page Section 35 Notice under the
Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act
 a copy of my petition overnight to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human
Rights.
5. How does your involvment in the Momcilovic case, where you were able to amass the pro
bono resources of Australia's number one national legal firm, plus one of our best Senior

 Counsel and one of our best young Junior Counsel compare to the national significance of
my case? Quite clearly, there is no comparison. Though through your Affidavit in those
proceedings you make some quite high-blown claims about your work, which I would like to
see you demonstrate in practical application to my case.
6. But I needn't lecture you on your legal obligations, as an ASIC regulated entity, subject to
federal and State trade practices laws contra misleading and deceptive practices etc , or your
own www 'holding out to the public', your own Charter and of course your funding sources
(and, and including PILCH's and Liberty Victoria's charter and legal etc responsiblities). I
needn't lecture you because I am sure that your organisation and yourself genuinely wish to
do good and this has all been a huge misunderstanding. I am sure that your organisation is a
genuine human rights advocacy organisation- not a bevy of dandies that pick and choose
only those politicially approved issues of the governing (and funding) classes, the powerful
lobbies of this country (like the lawyers including some of your sponsoring law firms).
7. I encourage you to reconsider your organsations responses. I am more than happy that we
simply forget your two past mistakes and get on with the historic process of dealing properly
with my human rights situation (that is, identifying, quarantining, and over time managing the
human rights abuses that I have exposed by becoming one of the million innocent victims). I
strongly believe in giving second (and third) chances, in education and understanding rather
than heavy handed responses from the lawyers arsenal of litigation, regulatory complaints,
media, etc etc.
