1. I refer to my previous letters, my last being dated 15 September 2009 (copy attached).
2. I hope that you appreciate the kindness in the second chance that I am offering to you. I
expect that the materials from the Federal Magistrates Court lynchinging of me last
September and February are quite an eye-openner for you. I would hope that you did not
previously appreciate the extent to which these lawyers manipulate and abuse your
professional work annd reputation.
3. As I have indicated repreatedly, I am very much focused on exposing the lack of ethics
and standards, and criminal conduct of these members of my own legal profession.
Hence my offer of amnesty if you are up to it.
4. In this regard I attach:
(a) copy of my correspondence this week to Ms Cressy's 4 lawyers and their 8
Government funded lawyers containing reports from the Victorian Ombudsman and the
Federal Attorney General (no less)
(b) on the issue of 'narcistic personality disorders', I've already sent you the scuttlebutt of
false allegations against our Federal Opposition Leader, as aa benchmark. Here is
another benchmark from the pages of the June 2009 Victorian Law Institute Journal,
self-reporting of Victorian lawyers asserting that they are more powerful than Gods. Hmm,
I think I'm almost 'normal' by the NPD standards of my chosen, disgraceful, profession. If
only blasphemy laws still operated in this State.

 5. I hope that you appreciate from these materials I have sent you that I harbour no anger or
aggression towards Ms Cressy – and that I never have. These were just malicious
character assassinations against me. All I want, and wanted, was for her children
(especially if her youngest happens to be my mother's biological granddaughter) to get
the help and support that they need. As per your rushed, preliminary diagnosis of her
(which was not bad having regard to the limited time available to you) she desperately
needs psychiatric and other support. And clearly, this is not even on the agenda for her
'sharks in wigs' lawyers.
6. I hope that you are up to grasping this second chance that I have offered you.
7. Obviously, I have enough on my plate, just trying to survive, let alone continuing to protest
for justice against corrupt and exploitive members of my own profession, who have taken
shameful advantage of Ms Cressy's mental problems, in their botched blackmail attempt
on me. Energy that I could spend with professional misconduct complaints and legal
proceedings against you, I wish to spend better in dealing with the real culprits.
8. Accordingly, I hope to hear from you soon regarding an early appointment time to discuss
this situation, and your involvement in the salvage operation.
