3. MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
This agreement, (the Agreement), by and between Jubail Al-Bahar Tennis Association (JuBTA) and the person executing and signing
this Agreement (Member), is made and entered into as of the date this Agreement is executed by the parties hereto. NOW,
THEREFORE, JuBTA and Member do hereby agree as follows:
3.1 Membership. JuBTA shall establish parameters for acceptance of Member, which may include but not necessarily limited to the
following:
3.1.1 Screening and acceptance of Member and its Flight Level shall be done by Tournament Committee and subject for
probationary period of one month.
3.1.2 By completion of JuBTA Membership Application Form (the "Application") and signing of this Agreement, each Member agrees
to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
3.1.3 Membership shall entitle the Member to use the facilities in accordance with this Agreement, such rules and regulations as
may be adopted from time to time by JuBTA (the "Rules and Regulations"), and the "Responsibility and Commitment".
3.1.4 The membership year shall be 01 November to 31 October, unless otherwise established from time to time by JuBTA.
The membership shall be automatically renewed effective 01 November of each year, unless, prior to such date, the member
has resigned in writing mailed or delivered to JuBTA officer.
3.1.5 JuBTA through Treasurer/Assistant Treasurer shall release monthly update of late payment membership and JuBTA reserves
the right to contact the Member through by phone or e-mail on this issue.
3.2 Membership Fees. The Member shall pay to JuBTA the initial membership fee of SAR 60 and the annual membership fees of
SAR 120 as advance monthly dues. Such fees shall be payable in the amounts upon acceptance of member and completion of the
Application. Failure to pay such fees when due shall be grounds for revocation of membership.
3.3 Termination of Membership. The Members membership may be terminated and revoked by JuBTA for (a) failure to pay
membership due or any other fees, when due; or (b) failure by Member or the Members guests to comply with the terms of this
Agreement, the Rules and Regulations, or the Responsibility and Commitment.

The Member shall abide by the Constitution and By-Laws (CBL) and Tennis Court User Guidelines of this association.
ITF/USTA/ATP rules, the Tennis Code, and proper tennis etiquette govern all play unless otherwise specified.
The Member shall elect an officer in the end of its term through election process.
The Member can enjoy playing tennis freely except during tournaments, invitational meets and maintenance.
Suggestions and comments from the Member are welcome for the improvement of this association and its facilities.

5. RESPONSIBILITY AND COMMITMENT

I understand that my role as a Member of JuBTA is a significant responsibility and commitment. I look forward to be part of JuBTA
family and, like others, I:
5.1 Support the mission and vision of the association.
5.2 Will offer my expertise to help ensure the health and success of the association.
5.3 Will contribute and support the officers and committees in line with JuBTAs Constitution and By-Laws (CBL).
5.4 Will actively participate in all requests for my assistance and response.
