between your company and PowerBatt on long-term basis. It shall also serve as a guide for pointing out the
direction of initial steps and business introduction in your market. Furthermore, we aim to use the guide as open
discussion material helping us to understand opportunities and identify possible challenges and their solution.
Distributor essential attributes
1. Professional, full-time committed PowerBatt technical team
- Do you have a technician with battery expertise (3+ years of experience) readily available? OR
- Can you find battery experts (3 + years experience) in your market within three months of contract
signing? OR
- Do you have a English/German speaking technician without battery experience and make him go
through PowerBatt training within one month of contract signing?

Sufficient financial resources to cover for the initial period and necessary investment
- Can you allocate 50 000+ EUR directly to the PowerBatt project?

Structured sales execution experience (mass sale to a selected large group of end-customers on repeat basis)
- Have you previously directed a business with a similar sales cycle to that of PowerBatt? AND
- Have you previously managed a network of sub-distributors/ branch offices?

Harvest existing contacts within your network, go for the BIG CATCH
- Do you have contacts within prime customers (Still, Jungheinrich, Linde, Toyota etc.) AND
- Do you maintain frequent contact with these companies?
