Terms & Conditions in detail:

1. The Corporation shall have full discretion to make appointment against all or some of these
posts in any manner and Corporations decision in this regard shall be final.

2. The applicants for various posts will have to appear for written test/interview as decided by
the Corporation.
3. Incomplete applications or applications received after due date i.e. 22nd November, 2014 shall
not be considered.
4. The panel of selected candidates shall be prepared by the Selection Committee constituted
by the Corporation.
5. Working officials should send their application through proper channel.
6. The applicants serving in Govt. organizations shall submit No Objection Certificate from their
organizations.
7. The application in the given format is to be submitted to the Managing Director, Jharkhand
State Mineral Development Corporation Ltd., Khanij Nigam Bhawan, Nepal House Area,
Doranda, Ranchi-834002, either by registered/speed post so as to reach by 5.00 PM on or
before 22nd November, 2014. The application must be accompanied by proof of all academic
qualifications, along with other testimonials relating to age, special achievement etc.
(self attested photocopies).
8. Retirement from service of the Corporation shall be governed as per superannuation norms
as laid down by the State Govt. from time to time.
9. Reservation will be applicable as per Govt. norms.
10. The Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all the applications, at any stage without
assigning any reason whatsoever.
11. Separate application is required if anybody wants to apply for more than one post.
12. *Minimum age limit for the post at serial no. 12 i.e. Assistant is 21 yrs. and maximum age
for UR (Male)- 37 yrs., UR (Female)- 40 yrs., OBC (Male & Female) 40 yrs., SC & ST (Male
& Female)- 42 yrs.
