Specialist Doctors
A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or
Part II of the Third Schedule (other than that licentiate qualificationsl to the
Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications
included in Part fl or the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions
stipulated in sub-section (31 ofSection (13) ofthe Indian Medical CouncilAct,

Immediately after interview on the same day the candidates

will be medically

examined by a Board of Medical Ofncers detailed by concerned Composite Hospital'

Appointment will be subject to medical fitness.

(6)

Period ofcontract
Total Period of Contract will be five years or till the appointee attains the age of 67
years. However initial Contractual Appointment will be for 3 years which may be
extended for further 2 years on year to year basis subiect to the maximum age cap of
67 years. Thereafter, the contract will lapse automatically. However, the
appointment can be terminated at any time by Siving one month's notice (on either
side] without assigning any reason by paying/refunding one month's salary'

No Extension beyond the stipulated five years will be given. However, there is no
bar on a contractual appointee applying afresh on completion of 5 years tenure'

Entidement of Leave
The leave entitlement maybe governed in terms of DoP&T's OM No. 1207613/ A4'
Est(L) dated 12th April 1985, as amended from time to time

The appointee shall not have any claim or right to regular appointment to any post
under CAPFS.

The appointee shall be on whole time appointment of the institution and shall not
accept any other appointment, paid or other otherwisq during the period of
contracL

Other conditions of contract will be governed by the relevant rules and order issued

candidature any time to concerned BSF Composite Hospital and walk-in-ilterview will be
arranged subject to vacancy. While submitting the application, the candidate should
mention/prioritize their choices of locations for appointment which will be taken into
consideration while issuing offerof appointment.

In case of selection of more candidates for a particular location, waiting list will be
prepared in the order of meri! which will be valid for one year from the date of Publication
of the advertisement.

(u)

In case vacancy is available in a particular location even after the interview, selected
candidates as per waiting list will be asked for their willingness for appointment;n that
location.
