SCOPE OF SUPPLY :
Standard Supply :-

BOILER :
One pressure part assembly consisting of closely wound helical vertical
coil fabricated out of boiler quality pipes, with spacers of special
design.
One down firing, pressure jet burner assembly.
One double jacketed air casing to enclose the pressure parts and serve as an
integral combustion air preheater alongwith Specially Designed Aluminum
Radiator, to min imise radiation losses and maximise efficiency

One Specially designed, shell & tube type, atmospheric economizer at

the fluegas outlet of Boiler, to preserve heat and optimize the
efficiency of Boiler.

ACCESSORIES :-

One centrifugal blower with motor mounted on a special frame.

One fuel pump coupled with motor mounted on a special frame with
guard etc.
One boiler feed pump with surge suppressor and relief valve also
mounted on the
same frame. The B.F.P will be driven by a motor.
One electrically heated fuel oil preheater mounted on frame (for F.O.fired
units only).
One dust proof, pre wired control panel housing necessary starters,
fuses, contactors, relays, etc.

PIPING :One feed water line between economiser, optimiser, feed pump and
boiler.
One Steam Header with feed check valve.

ERECTION & COMMISSIONING :The steam boiler covered under this offer is supplied as a dismantled unit,
with accessories and mountings packed separately. Unloading and

assembling of the accessories, mountings and fittings have to be done at

site. The services of our Erection Engineer, who would offer guidance and
supervision on this matter and commission the unit would be available at
a nominal charge.
