The Design Team

Sea have a track record in designing digital services that deliver social impact.
We work with businesses, charities and
public sector organisations on projects that
improve health and wellbeing, reduce crime
and create employment. We achieve this
through a user-centred design process and
by working collaboratively with clients to
identify opportunities, set goals, refine and
prototype ideas.
We will transform your requirements for
the Knowledge Bucket into a beautifully
designed, simple and easy to use digital
resource that supports team members and
the wider community to fufil the the aims of
the Living Well programme.

Kathryn Woolf Director

Geoff Muskett Digital Designer

Andy Foley Technical Developer

Kathryn has experience in marketing,


creative communications and service
design. Strategic and empathetic, Kathryn
is motivated by designing digital services
and experiences that deliver more value to
people, and interested in how technology
and data can be used for social good. She
regularly facilitates collaborative design
workshops to gather opinion, develop ideas
and identify opportunities for innovation.
She has recently been working with Policy
Lab at the Cabinet office.

Geoff is a digital designer and front end


developer with passion for implementing
the latest techniques in HTML5 and CSS3 in
beautiful responsive layouts. He has a keen
eye for art, design and anything creative.
Prior to joining Sea, Geoff worked at Worlds
Apart as the lead digital designer where
he was responsible for their website, plus
their various licensed products like Horrible
Histories Toys and My Blue Nose Friends.
Geoff designed www.myalfi.co.uk and Made
Open which can be viewed at
www.monmouthshire.madeopen.co.uk

Andy is an experienced web developer.


Since joining the team earlier this year
from Crowdfunder.co.uk, Andy has instilled
a technical excellence to our team and
has given us the confidence to push
technical boundries that will create better
experiences and add value to the digital
services we create. Andy specialises in
Web Development, CSS, HTML, PHP,
MySQL, PostgreSQL, database design and
development, IOS Development, JSON, XML.

Luke Meyrick Graphic Designer


Luke is a talented graphic designer from
Falmouth University. He is rapidly gaining
experience in digital experience design.
Curious, creative, experimental he is
interested in design that makes a difference
to society, and is currently working on
branding and communications for www.

1. Progress since last meeting / against plan / deliverables:
! Outcome framework and metrics framework agreed and in operation for Penwith; to be extended
to East and Newquay
! Whole system information sharing protocols agreed most providers have now signed
! Workforce development paper drafted and circulated for comment seeking capacity to develop
the workforce living well induction/training modules
! Delivery canvas updated following Penwith learning report and sent to provider leaders in advance
of workshop on delivery models
! Financial modelling benchmarking and first phase data linkages for Penwith scheduled end
November
! Continued development of whole system evaluation framework
! Learning report recommendations shared and being actioned including:
o Continuing development of the community line for Penwith Paper attached. Discussions
with BT around an offer of free support
o VCSE commissioned Knowledge Bucket as a repository for documents and learning

o Development of learning histories library; including case studies and stories
! 500 individuals supported in Penwith, 200 identified in East and 100 agreed for Newquay
