Welcome to December, the final

month for 2014, and a month
that can bring tension, stress,
busy-ness and chaos to many.
Of course, it is also a time of joy
and celebration and whether you
celebrate Christmas or not, there
is an air of anticipation and excitement as one year closes and another begins.
The chaos that some experience during this time is very interesting to
observe because most people see chaos as negative. When you think
of a huge traffic jam there is all this energy and the mind is trying to
figure it all out, but it cant because chaos has no visible order, no set
patterns and cannot be controlled. This makes it unpredictable and
therefore it feels uncomfortable and inconvenient to the human and
so we try to avoid it.
In truth, chaos is just energy in motionand that motion is simply in
a pattern that the mind doesnt understand.
When you feel into a chaotic situation from your own place of inner
balance and wisdom you can feel the divine order that is in play. It is
just that most humans get caught up in the mundane day-to-day reality and fail to see the beauty and richness of the experience.
If you should experience a chaotic situation I invite you to breathe
deeply and feel into it beyond the physical reality. Go right into it and
allow yourself to connect with it from your own wisdom, not your
mind, and you will see
the depth and divine
order within.

Chaos is also a great way to
shift energy and is often a way
for the human to get out of a
situation that no longer serves
them and I am reminded of
The Tower tarot card as a way

There are some who seek out

chaos and drama to make
them feel more alive, they crave the energy rush and often the attention received from it, Yet, they do not necessarily recognise the potential for insight or
change and therefore continue to repeat
the behaviour over and over with little
gained from the experience.

The Tower shows all hell

breaking loose. It represents the breaking
down of old structures to allow something new to take its place.

We do not need to create chaos, but we can certainly embrace it should we find ourselves in such a
situation. We can allow ourselves to feel into the
energy of chaos and learn to maintain our balance
within it. And of course you do this through the
breaththe Conscious Breathwhich brings you
into the now moment, the safe space, the I Am, and
the remembrance of all that you are.

Going Beyond
Duality

May this holiday season bring you peace and joy

and may you travel through the busy-ness with ease
and grace.

As humanity shifts into a new level of consciousness we are moving beyond the constructs of 3-Dimensional living and into 4th
and 5th dimensional realities.

ESSENTIAL OILS with Keryn Lee

Who would have thought that someone could

actually bottle Christmas?
Well, Young Living have found a way to bring
the essence of warmth, love, joy and celebration to us in the form of a beautiful essential oil
blend that they call Christmas Spirit.
When I first opened the bottle and took a whiff
I smiled and said to my boys, It smells just like
Christmas. Thinking I was a little mad (which
they are used to by now) they laughed and decided to try it for themselves.
