Brief Summary
We at SHINE HR MANAGEMENT are consultancy service providers. In a short
period of time we have had the pleasure of successfully implementing (offers)
requirement of reputed limited and multinational companies.
We have competent consultancy from every field who grade and categorize our
applicants. The company head is also professionally qualified with MBA-HR and
has experience of about 10 years in the same field working at different levels of
management.
Our Payment Terms & Conditions :
We charge 8.33% of CTC Salary Per Annual (Up to Manager Level) & 10% of CTC
Salary Per Annual from (Sr. Mgr. to Head Positions) & 12.5% of CTC Salary Per Annual
for (VP/CFO/Director/MD) plus 12.36% service tax as per government notification.
We raise our bill a week after the joining of the candidate and expect reimbursement
of our bill with in the First Month.
We will provide replacement of the candidate for ONE month from the date of joining.
In case the candidate leaves the services by his/her own of your company.
If company will terminate the candidate & ask for resignation with in One month.Then
replacement will not provide by us & Consultancy charge will be applicable.
OUR STRATEGIES
Our team specializes in identifying the most appropriates candidates against the
specific human resources need of the clients.
Facilitate and coordinate the meetings between the client and candidates
Carry out referral checks wherever required by the client
Wherever needed, assist in working out compensation package in respect of
selected candidate(s) and follow up for joining schedule.
