Description
Registration Side Shift Motor Failed to return to the Home Position.

Initial Action
 Refer to BSD 8.7 (3 of 4) for the following procedure.
 Check for any obstructions in the paper path.
 Check the Registration Side Shift Motor assembly and gears for broken gear shaft or gears ( PL 2.3).

Procedure
Enter DC330 008-020 Regi Side Shift Motor. Select Start.
The Registration Side Shift Motor operates.

Perform the following:

 Clean the Registration Side Shift Sensor ( PL 2.2) and Registration Side Shift Home Sensor ( PL 2.3).
 Go to Flag13, Flag14, Flag19 and Flag20 on BSD 8.7 (3 of 4). check the harness and connectors for an open circuit. If they are good,
replace the Registration Side Shift Sensor ( PL 2.2) and/or Registration Side Shift Home Sensor ( PL 2.3).
 Replace the IO PWB ( PL 13.3).
