aspiring Principals was held at India International
Centre, Delhi.
25 July. 09: A Workshop on for Principals was conducted at
Sunbeam School, Varuna Varanasi. 42 Coordinators, Vice-
Principals & Principals from CBSE Sahodhaya School Complex
of Varanasi participated in a Workshop on Leadership
Archetypes, Effective Administration and How Principals can
make A Difference!
19-20 Sept. 09: A 02-Day Mentoring Workshop
for ‘School Leaders’ was held at India International
Centre, Delhi. 37 Participants and 10 Resource
Persons interacted on both the days.

24 Sept. 09: Training of Coordinators and Principals
of SOS Schools from all over India at SOS Training
Centre, Faridabad. All participants were trained in
Effective School Administration and discussed Traits
necessary for being Effective Principals.
23-24 October 09: A 02-Day Mentoring Workshop
for 28 Principals of CBSE Sahodhaya Complex of
Ludhiana was held at BCM Arya Model Senior
Secondary School, Ludhiana.
31 Oct. 09: A Workshop on “Strategic Leadership” was
conducted at Modi Hotel Rampur. It was attended by 31
Principals from CBSE Sahodhaya Cluster of Schools of
Rampur, Bareilly and Moradabad.
27 Nov. 09: A Workshop on “Educational Leadership”
was conducted at Delhi Public School Bhopal. 40
Principals from CBSE Sahodhaya School Complex of
Bhopal participated.
27 Nov. 09: A Workshop on “Educational Leadership”
was conducted at Delhi Public School Bhopal.
40 Principals from CBSE Sahodhaya School Complex of
Bhopal participated.
12-13 Dec. 09: A 02-DAY Workshop in “School
Administration” for 45 Coordinators, Heads, Vice
Principals and Principals of 12 Guru Harkrishan Public
Schools of Delhi; was organized at Guru Teg Bahadur
Polytechnic, Vasant Vihar, Delhi.
 27-29 Dec. 09: A 03 Day Workshop in Leadership was held
at India International Centre, Delhi. Attended by 32
Participants, 08 Resource persons conducted Various sessions.
