1. The hospital completely abides by Building bye-laws of Patna.


2. Car parking space is adequate.
3. 3.4m clear floor to floor space available for proper installation of
all the services including centralized AC.
4. Every floor has fire hose cabinet and electric room for fire
protection.

Following is to be ensured
• Noise problem
• Separate Exit for vehicles
• Only outer walls should be constructed for 3rd & 4th Floors
• Centralized AC
• At least 8 trees to be planted
• The corridors in the building needs to be air-conditioned as there is no provision
of ventilation and daylight for them

Existing facilities in Patna

• 200 bedded Rajeshwar Hospital provides many facilities excluding


interventional cardiology and CTVS, 3 dialysis machines, no cathlab facility ,
no CT scan & MRI facility
• 100 bedded Magadh Hospital having one cathlab facility, 3 dialysis machines
but no CT scan & MRI facility
• 120 bedded Hai Medicare Hospital provides many facilities excluding
interventional cardiology and CTVS no cathlab facility, no CT scan & MRI
facility
• 100 bedded Jeevak Hospital is a specialized cardiac care hospital providing
facilities for interventional cardiology and Cardiac surgery
• 750 bedded IGIMS Hospital provides many facilities including interventional
cardiology and Cardiac surgery, one cathlab facility and all diagnostic
services
• 55 bedded Heart Hospital provides many facilities including interventional
