Caruso's singing drifts from room to room.
A fire crackles in the stove and storm gusts shake the house.
At times the wind is so strong
that the sea begins to drift like snow.
All the while the sun appears
and a bright rainbow shines over the sea.
I'm painting a picture of an angel and the wind.
2. She stands against the wind, pondering.
Her eyes are almost shut
and her long hair flows behind her in the breeze.
The rose bush I see from my window
still bears its fall flower buds
which didn't have time to open.
Now they wait for the spring.
