S.E.A. Aquarium General Terms and Conditions
1.All rates stated herein are subject to change without prior notice and are inclusive of GST
2.Payment Terms: Pre-payment must be made via a valid Credit Card before S.E.A. Aquarium tickets ordered hereunder are
issued.
3.Cancellation and Amendment Policies: The ticket order as set out in this Order Confirmation (as defined below) shall be deemed
final. Accordingly, no refund will be provided in the event of cancellation of the ticket order and no amendment to the ticket order
will be entertained.
4.For confirmation email without e-ticket(s), please proceed to Guest Services Windows (located outside the respective attractions
entrance) with the confirmation and purchasing credit/debit card for ticket(s) collection.
5.Adult refers to ages 13 to 59.
6.Child refers to ages 4 to 12.
7.Senior refers to age 60 and above.
8.Each regular priced day pass has a validity period of 180 days from the selected date of visit.
9.Resorts World at Sentosa Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend, delete and/or add to these items and conditions without prior
notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
10.This order confirmation including these terms and conditions (Order Confirmation) constitutes the sole and entire agreement
between Resorts World at Sentosa and you in connection with ordering the S.E.A. Aquarium Tickets.For the avoidance of doubt,

Pass will be required.
Each S.E.A.A Express pass is valid for 1 Guest use only.
S.E.A.A Express allows admission into Typhoon Theatre.
S.E.A.A Express is subject to availability, non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Kindly ensure that you have a printer to print the "Print @ Home" Tickets.

RWS Invites Attractions Membership (S.E.A. Aquarium)

1. RWS Invites Attractions Membership Ticket is valid for first admission only and must be processed into a physical pass at the
Basement 1 Guest Services Counter on the same day of visit.
2. The RWS Invites Attractions Membership is valid for admission during normal operating hours of S.E.A. Aquarium with unlimited
usage for one year from the issue date. It is not valid for admission to separately ticketed special events and concerts.
3. All day priority lane at S.E.A. Aquarium, Level 1 Main Entrance. NOT applicable for any special events in S.E.A. Aquarium..
4. RWS Invites Attractions Membership is only valid during normal operating hours of S.E.A. Aquarium. It is not valid for separately
ticketed events and concerts.
5. The RWS Invites Attractions Membership must be presented when redeeming the privileges and personal identification may be
required.
6. Please approach the Guest Services Counter or click here for benefits terms and conditions.
