7. Features:
Doctor, administrator and employee are the authorized persons to access the login form
by providing their credentials.
Administrator will add the Doctor and Employee.
The administrator sends mails to the patients regarding reappointment with the doctor
and also to know the progress of the patient.
Administrator can see all the information about the employee based on his Basic Salary,
Designation, Total Earning, deductions on basic salary are calculated and displayed.
The administrator can save, delete, update and display the details.
Reports are prepared for patient, staff and finance for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly
basis; he can see the reports and print it.
Doctors access their login by typing some id and password provided by the organization.
Doctors can generate the report based on the patients.
The new patient is visited again for the next time, he is considered as old patient. When
the doctor enters the patient ID, the details of the patient already stored in the new
patient form when he visited for the first time are displayed default.
The doctor can view the mails sent by the administrator to the patient.
Employee Register the New Patient.
If any new patient is visited again for the next time, he is considered as old patient.
The cost of the total medicines is calculated and copy of the print is given to the patient.
