Charles Barkley is the new target of Drive-by Media, The Regime, and The New York Times. I came back
from Thanksgiving and saw what he said in a radio interview, now eight days ago, and outside of
Philadelphia no one said a word about it. So I commented and it blew up.
Be honest about it, Charles Barkley loves the ladies and CNN and The New Washington Post call him the
new Bill Cosby, not understanding the Black culture.
Remember back when media called a role model and he said he didnt want to be called a role model.
He thought about running for governor of Alabama. Now, he is reversed back to the original Chuck I
knew back then.

Seg#7: Charles Barkley continues to speak out
What was it said on Monday when I first mentioned this: There is one man in America that can say
anything he wants and it will not be criticized. Brooke Baldwin talked to Chuck on the radio, and she
asked about a Black cop vs Black kids. ((Clip: This notion that White cops are out there killing Black kids
is ridiculous. Etc. The cops are the only reason the city ghetto from being the Wild, Wild, West! The
cops are awesome.)) So it comes back to Power vs Truth.
Brooke Baldwin asks about the chock hold. ((Clip-Barkley: You dont fight against the police when you
are stopped. We, as Black people, have some responsibility. Black people have a lot of crooks in their
community.)) This is the first time media people hear someone like Charles Barkley and, for them, it is
not computing.
Brooke Baldwin then asks about Ray Rice ((Clip-Barkley: He deserves another chance. You never hit a
woman. It could have been handled differently.)) Don Lemon cannot believe what he said about racial
profiling. They are hyperventilating.
So The Washington Post comes the rescue of others in media.

Seg#8: Liberals knew all along about Obamacare
Another prominent Democrat comes out and says, like Chuck U Schumer, we should not have gone
about Obamacare like was done. One of the authors of the bill, Tom Harken, thinks in hindsight that it

could have been put together better. They know the worst is yet to come and he is out to protect
Hillary. Obamacare is an outrage and utter disaster; Tom Harkin is retiring.
Democrats knew! Now, they say this? Individuals are being shocked with the increase in what they pay
monthly and the deductibles. People will be paying higher taxes and not going to doctors. The full
disaster is about to hit. They want to be on record as saying they are sorry.
Schumer and Harken are both saying, We shouldnt have done it. They are the canaries in the coal
mine and you can consider yourself warned. The bombshell of Schumers comment was mentioned
once in DbM and then forgotten.
The last election was a landslide defeat for Democrats, Stop! Stop the Obama Economy, Obamacare,
and Obama Amnesty. JUST STOP! This the collective voice of the American people, and Republican
leadership has a deaf ear. They dont want to stop but rather pass a Democrat budget to cover one
year.
Both parties want you to think they listen to you, but should Republican leadership note a W-Post poll?
Republican leadership uses the excuse of Not Shutting Down The Govt to *act like Democrats+ and
then say they had to but do listen.

Obama is an avowed Leftist, he says so himself. Senator McConnell is surprised Obama isnt noting the
last election. The next two years are very scaryRepublicans think Obama will change? Obama is
getting everything he wants.
Obama might publicly say he understands why Democrats didnt want him around for their campaigns
he takes it personally and Tom Harkin and Chuck U Schumer now have horns as seen from the White
House.
It is a bygone era when politicians care about public opinion and Republicans are wrong to think
Obama will just stop himself. He wont.
In the state of North Dakota, they are requiring teaching American history.

Lawmakers in North Dakota are considering legislation to require high school students to know basic
facts about American civics in order to graduate. They even want immigrants applying for citizenship to
be able to correctly answer six of ten questions from the same test. [North Dakota Wants High School
Graduates to Pass Citizenship Test.]

The effort is being spearheaded by a nonprofit organization, the Joe Foss Institute. Spokesman Sam
Stone says most teenagers can successfully tell you who Lady Gaga, or an American Idol judge, but
very few can name one Founding Father, or a current Supreme Court Justice. Efforts are underway to
pass similar legislation in South Dakota, Arizona, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, and Missouri.
Mr. Stone says they want the test to start a rebirth in civics education. Kids have an amazing knowledge
of pop culture. We just wish some of this critical information, also, is whats being absorbed by them as
well.
Some questions are simple. Like: Why does the American flag have 13 stripes? Others are harder, like
How many voting members are in the House of Representatives? But I guarantee you this. If this law is
enacted, and passing this test becomes a mandatory to graduate high school or become a citizen,
liberals will lose their cookies. There will be lawsuits in every state requiring this test, claiming it
discriminates against immigrants, minorities and anybody else they can think of.
And the biggest shame of all is, that basic civics isnt being taught already! You believe that!

Seg#1: Reason for black market of cigarettes and Eric Garner death
The latest cop killing a Black happens because New York City is Hell-bent on driving out the black market
on $13/pack cigarettes. Used to be the cost of a cartonmuch of that is TAX. Smokers are the primary
funding of child federal healthcare, even prior to Obamacare.
The Federal Government is pilfering your wallet, and at the same time demonizing those paying the
highest taxes. Everybody stops short at banning tobacco, even though they know the ill effects. State
and federal government will not do without tobacco tax, yet they impugn the use and the people that
use it.
It taxes tobacco at every stage, even if a farmer thinks about planting.
So, it has created black-market smugglers, from NC, SC into NY. They openly sell them and the word
spreads. Think: Eric Garner sold Loosies (single cigarettes). And the reason is NYC is Hell-bent on
arresting cigarette sellers.

Liberals must be thinking, This is yuck, but we will make them pay to support our Liberal programs.
Nicotine is most addictive, and no one enjoys their first puff. New York City sees a pile of money and a
segment that is totally addicted. Who would pay $13/pack? Ergo, Eric Garner. NYC mandates to the
police force: You get your cops unlocked and loaded to get the black market off the streets! Can
NYC not get the millions of back taxes from Al Sharpton?
So about six cops are trying to arrest Eric Garnerwhat directives must they been under? Eric Garner
had asthma and collecting money for it. NYC has a tax of $1.60 on top of the $4/pack tax.
It is so out of proportion. Who is running the show?

City's high cigarette taxes -- the highest in the country -- wasn't created.

Do you remember tobacco CEOs going before Congress and lying, being found out, massive
suits/settlements? NYC borrowed and spent on what they thought would be an income stream. Sales

I warned everyone that any criticism of Obama would be called racist. Hence, Republicans are
demonized when they speak up, and quite often, they dont.
Guess who admitted this yesterday? Charley Rangel. ((Clip: Having a black president hasnt solved the

It is a giant trick on Republicans to not keep their base, and in the final election, lose to a Democrat.
Consultants want a candidate to appeal to Independents and take the base for granted. Is it any
wonder Republicans lose? Romney won with Independents and 4million in the base stayed home, for
several reasons. *So much for Romneys advisors!+ Jeb Bush follows a losing model, running against the
base. ((Reading: He will not bend from his position on Amnesty and on Common Core, even if it loses
the base.)) Then media says this is courageous.
Market Watch reports that ChiComs have surpassed us. China has the largest economy for the first time
since Ulysses S Grant was drunk and president. One reason is buried in the article: our birth rate is so
low it will not maintain our population: people arent having kids and from abortion *1.4million/yr USA+
and now 93million Americans are capable of working and are not, and growing.
Our birth rate is under replacement in USA, and that is key. I was asked to do a lecture at UC Davis, and
I chose an element of my lecture in 1985-86 that we would trend to less than replacement. I was talking
to students and they didnt want to hear anyone speak against abortion.
Here we are some 30 years later, and it has come to pass. Add one other thing to the mix. Certain
people in this country are Hell-bent on facilitating Amnesty. There is way too much Liberalism making
it a Nanny-State and way too easy to rely on Welfare and not work and contribute. You cant have a
growing economy (some of you mention NAFTA.) Obamacare is the latest assault, but there was
plenty going on before that.
The vast majority of abortions are with minorities: Blacks and Hispanics.
Without abortion, the Black population would be 36% of USA, not 15%.

The attitude of the US Chamber of Commerce is, Somebody has to come here and work! And
Republicans go along to try for votes they wont get.
Admit that you dont have to work to have a car, TV, food stamps. It all adds up to China overtaking us
as the worlds largest economy. This is exactly what our ancestors fought to prevent, WW I, and WW II,
but parents wanted better for their kids and became Liberal.

product. I thought Liberals cared about the little guy: but they get them addicted to cigarettes and then

From the Rush Limbaugh Morning Update: "Good Things!"
This week Daniel Yergin, Vice Chairman of the global information company IHS, wrote a Wall Street
Journal op-ed about the global shakeout from the dramatic drop in oil prices in the last few weeks.
OPEC recently met to decide how to handle the plummeting prices. Significantly, they decided not to cut
production, which is their historic ploy to force a price increase. [The Global Shakeout rom lunging Oil]
Yergin says something new is dominating oil prices: the surge in US oil production, along with new
supplies from Canada. Those factors have let to turmoil in oil prices, something he says will likely
continue into the future.
Several of the most virulently anti-American OPEC members are furious at the decision not to decrease
production. One that pushed hardest for a production cut is Venezuela. Their oil-revenue-dependent
economy is in chaos, and they have growing political unrest. Yergin says Venezuela will be the Number
One loser if we ever build the Keystone XL pipeline.
Another country that pushed hard for production cuts is Iran. Theyre another nation dependent on
exporting oil at high prices to keep government afloat. With lower oil prices, major economic problems
loom for next year. Separately, AP reports that Russia, another oil exporter, is warning of a recession
next year.

It seems that when America steps up, when we produce our own oil, something Obama and Democrats
continue to fight tooth and nail, good things happen. Really good things. I hope we keep this up.
