HANCHO ALTAMIRA, the Northrup's home base, often serves as a staging,

resting, repairing of vehicles or recovery area for ^^ssionaries or groups

...depending on their needs...going as far south as Honduras, Central
erica.

In this case David Lucas group, on it's way to help build the

Bible College in Queretaro, Mexico, stopped to pick up Bob

and interprlter. Groups like this often help out with things here at the
ranch too...This group helped us pour a cement roof.

We saved over $2,000 dollars by paying cash and a similiar "Alu
minum Value Van" in the States cost nearly $14-000 dollars more than
the $10,000 dollars we paid.

The only thing we are uncomfortable about is the $2,200 dollar

loan we must pa.y one church by the first of Oct. 1986 and the second
loan of $2,500 dollars we owe the bank about Christmas Day 1986.
Please pray with us that we will be able to use the van well and please
helo us with these loans.
