Essential Qualification:
3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering plus a

Desirable:
Experience in air-conditioning and refrigeration work.
Essential Qualifications:
1. 10th class /standard or equivalent
2. I.T.I Diploma certificate in Electrician's trade:

4. Practical experience of 5 years in erection and

Trade Test:
1. Practical Test on equipments like switchgear,

cable jointing; safety regulations as per I.E. Rules and
shock treatment etc.
He should be able to read wiring diagrams associated with

Essential Qualifications:
Academic Qualification:Should have passed ITI Trade certificate course or
equivalent in the trade with atleast 5 years practical
experience in the trade.
Professional Knowledge:Should have atleast 5 years experience as under:
(a) Should have a working knowledge of the various
types of specials used in the plumbing trade of all
types of pipes of different materials and be able to
estimate requirements for any job entrusted to
him.
(b) Should have a thorough knowledge of working
with various tools used in the trade such as
wrenches, spanners, caulking tools, stocks and
dies etc.
(c) Should be able to make leak-proof joints for all
types of pipes (of different material).
(d) Should have a good knowledge of materials that
go to form joints and be able to estimate
requirement thereof.
(e) Should be able to follow drawing and sketches
and execute work according to lay out.
(f) Should possess plumbing licenses in localities
where such licenses are issued by local
authorities.
(g) Must be able to carry out overhaul of bibcocks,
ball valves, sluice valves, including grinding and
seating.

1. Candidate has to report on 26.12.2014 between 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Recruitment Cell, Administrative
Block in Medical College of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Rishkesh, Uttarakhand for registration and
document verification. Reporting after 11:00AM candidates will not be considered for interview.

6. Tenure: The appointment is purely on contract basis initially for a period of 11 months or till regular
appointment is made against these posts, whichever is earlier. This appointment will not vest any right to
claim by the candidate for regular appointment or permanent absorption in the Institute OR for continued
contractual appointment which may be renewed or terminated as decide by the Institute.

7. Remuneration: Consolidated remuneration shown against each post will be given to contractual appointee
however statutory deduction will be deducted from this consolidated amount as per rule.

8. Expiry of Contract: The contract will automatically expire on completion of 11 month until it is renewed
with mutual consent for the decided period. The contractual appointment can be terminated at any time by
the Institute. The employee can also leave the Institute by giving 30 days notice or salary in lieu thereof.

9. Leave: The leave entitlement of the appointee shall be governed by the Institutes leave rules as amended
from time to time.

10. The competent Authority reserves the right to change the number of vacancies, withdraw the process in full
or in part and also the right to reject any or all applications received without assigning any reasons or giving
notice etc.
11. The prescribed qualification is minimum requirement and mere possessing the same does not entitle any
