Workshop Structure
MIDAS TOUCH consists 100 hours of training program (including offline and online
modules). The MIDAS TOUCH workshop would be concluded in 7 full days. We do look
forward for organizing the workshop at campus premises itself. Depending on mutual
convenience, the workshop could be conducted in the following format:
All seven days at one go (Monday to Sunday)
Two days in a week (Saturday and Sunday)
One day in a week (Each Saturday or Each Sunday)

Quantitative Research:
As per my given title I have to know the feasibility of the product MIDAS TOUCH in
Jodhpur and strategize its marketing policies and promote the product in Jodhpur so far
this purpose I had chosen to study the current market scenario of Jodhpur by doing a
descriptive research for first phase of our project, where we collected all fact and figures
related to the institutes and colleges, their branches, number of students, their placement

needs, and their paying capability.


Qualitative Research:
Apart from this as per my second part of title strategize and conceptualize the product so
for this I had done qualitative research through which I tried to collect the information
regarding the preference of a student and analyze their paying capability, vacant time
which they have to attend this offline training program, preference about the features
which they want to have in this training product, and how much they are assured about
their placement.

o Affixed the posters on notice boards of the institutes and colleges.

Pilot Survey through open ended questions (Pilot Survey size: 10)

Interaction with the students and job-seekers to promote the product and
collect the information which is necessary to strategize the marketing of
product in NCR Delhi.

o Met with the students in colleges i.e. MERI College and IITM and get the
questionnaires filled.

o Met with the people who already have the degrees but dont have jobs and
preparing for that.

Promotion of the product during the survey through questionnaires.

An introductory seminar for interaction among the company people and


the management of institutes who have given the positive response.

o It is going to be organized by the company people for the management


persons of the institutes and colleges which have shown their positive
response regarding buying this product.

CONCLUSION
Most of the consultancies in India are harping on quality, service,
convenience, satisfaction and assured benefits to their customers. Corporate
Bridge is one of the leading consultancy in India which is providing quality
training and staffing solution to the institutes as well as corporate.
Companies should create value for the customer and must decide suitable
vehicle to deliver desired consumer value.
No doubt that Corporate Bridge is one of the vehicles to deliver value
preposition and also it helps to position the Midas Touch in the mind of
target customers.
Companies need to find out what matches customer requirement and offer
better than competition. Companies certainly need to be innovative in
designing the value proposition and deciding the format to deliver to the
customer. It is not all about deciding the format but all about serving
