Proposal Development Intern, 4ORCES.com, Winter Park, FL
Position Overview & Responsibilities:

We are looking for people who have strong writing skills as well as creativity to join our team. The
Proposal Development Team provides sales support by managing the process of responding to Requests
for Proposals (RFP) and information requests related to new business and existing business
development, specifically related to content, learning and technology. The team works collaboratively
with individuals in all areas of the company to collect information on our services and translate it into
winning proposals.
The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative, problem solving, communication and interpersonal
skills. In this role, the intern will have the opportunity to understand internal organizational structure,
processes and solutions for content and learning improvement in terms of technology. The intern will
gain insight into effectively presenting the proposed solution in a persuasive manner.
The mission of our internship program is to provide interns with a rigorous, high quality educational
and relevant industry practice experience. This program is for ambitious learners and doers. As a
Social Media and Digital Content Intern you will be working directly with a Project Manager to
evaluate, research, and create content and identify suitable solutions to establish instructional design

Responsibilities include:
Build out websites in a collaborative programming environment
Compiling reports on our web stats and analytics and presenting suggestions for improvement
Developing analytics reports and optimizing our key media distribution channels (Blogs, web,
facebook, twitter, etc.)
Assisting in our website re-design
Assisting in and implementing key and varied web projects
Identifying requirements for the e-learning courses
Research and identify suitable solutions
Developing standards for creating online learning content and courses
Create basic online learning content and presenting results to a small group
Other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a higher level institution, preferably majoring in Instructional Design,
Computer Science, Broadcast Media, Social Media, Web Design, Entrepreneurship,
Technology Engineering, Information Systems, Media Design, Media Management or other
relevant degree Must be able to dedicate to part-time/full-time hours.
Technical skills including a working knowledge of .NET (preferred), Java, C#, Web
HTML/DHTML or JavaScript
Skills concerning online marketing techniques, including SEO, blogs, social media.
Knowledge of image formats used on the web and how to optimize them for efficient web
delivery
Basic project management skills
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Personal Qualifications:
An interest in interest in e-learning, web technologies, and or social media marketing
technologies and processes
Strong Interest in utilizing your media or technical knowledge
Interest in or first experience in instructional design and e-learning, online learning or other
virtual interactive experience.
Willingness to contribute to the project success and provide own ideas.
