End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Read this license agreement carefully before you install Dexpot 1.5 on your comp
uter or access it in any other way. You must agree to this license if you wish t
o use Dexpot.
1. License status, ownership
Dexpot 1.5 will not belong to you, it will be licensed. Dexpot 1.5 is protected
by copyright. All rights for Dexpot 1.5 and its documentation are reserved for i
ts developers Patrick Dubbert and Sebastian Brands (referred to as developers in t
he remainder of this document). All other included components stay in the posses
sion of their respective originators. By agreeing to this license you accept tho
se ownership- and copyrights.
2. License granting
Under the terms of this license, the developers give you the right to use Dexpot
1.5 free of charge for private and non-commercial use only. This includes the f
ollowing rights and restrictions:
* Installation and use: You are authorized to install and use Dexpot 1.5 on any
number of computers you own.
* Distribution and sale: Any further distribution of Dexpot 1.5 is permitted onl
y if it adheres to the terms of this license and Dexpot 1.5 remains unchanged. I
f Dexpot 1.5 is distributed, only the cost-price may be charged. Dexpot 1.5 may
not be leased in any way. Publishing Dexpot 1.5 on any other media than the inte
rnet requires approval from the developers.
* Reverse engineering: Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling of Dexp
ot 1.5 in any way is not allowed.
* Cancellation: This license is unlimited. You may cancel this license any time
by removing all copies of Dexpot 1.5 from your systems. This license is cancelle
d immediately and without further notice from the developers, if you violate the
terms of this agreement. If the license is cancelled, you are required to immed
iately remove all copies of Dexpot 1.5 from your systems.
3. Caveat emptor (exclusion of warranties)
The developers do not charge a license fee for this version of Dexpot 1.5. Hence
Dexpot 1.5 comes without any warranties. There are especially no warranties for
any defects of matter or title. The use of Dexpot 1.5 with regard to quality an
d functionality is entirely at your own risk. The developers will not be liable
for any damage that might occur due to the use of Dexpot 1.5. Dexpot 1.5 has be
en checked for viruses, nevertheless the developers don t give any guarantees that
Dexpot 1.5 is virus-free. Therefore you are asked to check Dexpot 1.5 for virus
es yourself, or use it at your own risk. This caveat emptor is an essential part
of this license. If you do not agree to this, you are not allowed to use Dexpot
1.5.
