Dear Dr. Asad Hafeez,

National School of Public Policy in collaboration with Assessment and Strengthening


Program (ASP)-Rural Support Program Network (RSPN) is hosting a two days' workshop on "Public
Sector Training in Pakistan" from September 26- 27, 2012 at Executive Development Institute of the
Nationai Scnool of Public Policy, Lahore.
The objective of the conference is to review the quality of public sector training curriculum,
its delivery and impact. The conference will focus on issues such as, usefulness of public sector
training; its links with policy making; its capacity to respond to the changing skill requirements of the
public officials and capacity gaps and improvements required in the training institutions.
The
conference will identify the priority areas for public sector training based on the feedback of the
participants. Agenda of the conference and list ofpal1icipants is also enclosed.

Travel and Hotel Lodging Policy


Dear Guest,
With reference to the "Two Days Workshop on Public Sector Training in Pakistan",
scheduled to be held at the National School of Public Policy (NSPP) Lahore, on
September 26th - 27th 2012, please see below the detail of services we are providing
during your visit to Lahore for the said workshop.

Hotel Accommodation:
For guest coming from outside Lahore, we have arranged your accommodation
at Pearl Continental, Lahore. You are requested to check in on September 25th
2012 and check out on September 27th 2012.
We will bear your room rent (single guest) cost for your stay at Lahore for two
nights as mentioned above. This will include complimentary breakfast (single) on
September 26th and 27'h and dinner on 25th and 26th September.
2. Travel Claims:
