Kashmiri Scarves via the E-commerce(online business). The range of Kashmiri scarves
will consist of several different unique handmade Kashmiri materials which will sale at
an affordable price. While providing the service of supplying the exclusive range of
scarves, the business also aims to deliver a high quality of customer service. The
business will not only focus on the supply of the materials but also aim to fulfill customer
needs and delivery the best customer service. My business will help to bring new
business IT strategy in business and help to change the new market strategy with

In seccond section they show the about them, and other services to the customers ,
I am about satisfied from the font colour of the sections.

They provide the browse to check different colours of the stoles and shawls.

Providing item details and colour, when customer click on item its shows the
zoom in and zoom out functions, stoles wearing different model, it helps
customer to know the design and length of the product.
When customer browse on product it shows the whole detail of product and lenth
and colour,
Offering discount coupons to the customers and free greeting cards it helps them to gain
customers by providing them discounts.
Customer can track there order, can register with them and can contact them by mail.

all items in the store so its easy for customers to choose the product from them.
The search button will be presented in the way the visitor is not required to write
the entire name of the product. The application will be auto-complete features
that help the customer through the product user they are looking for.
Contents: contents will provide lot of information about the product to visit and
buy the product.
On the homepage shows the different ways to contact us through email, calling,
newsletters etc we will provide toll free number to customer, so they can call
anytime for enquiry.
The contents will be continuously updating and fresh to keep people coming
back.
Structure the website will contain three pages and they will be interlinked to each
other but page title will be distinct (homepage, product page and payment
method page)
The website will be user friendly by using CSS and JavaScript. CSS will help to
position the elements, and JavaScript will help to manipulate the page elements
by removing, hiding and showing them.
Credibility: the business will reach out to every customers and provide them
security and confidence why they using our service? Most of the people dont
trust the online shopping they are not comfortable about it. They must need
guidance and they need satisfaction, the issues are security and privacy issues,
we will provide them the promising statement of trust and customer service.
When customers will buy product will send then email and phone call to gain the
confidence of customers and we will provide them best services.

The design of the website will mainly concentrate on simplicity, readability and
consistency like ( the font size will be visible to everyone, the font color will be
accessible. The layout and design of the website will be smooth lines, with
attractive background color. The structure and font size perfectly spaced.
If your design doesnt allow you to display the photo at such a large size, make sure
you give shoppers the option to view the photo in a modal window. Dont offer them
a zoom tool that limits them to a small quadrant of the photo. Theres no reason to
not display a large photo in its entirety
