Fixed Deposit Special Offer Terms and Conditions

1. The Exclusive Breathe Easy With A Free Medklinn Asens Air Steriliser OCBC Fixed
Deposit Special Offer Campaign (Campaign) organised by Saving Plus Sdn Bhd (1081989-
D), (The Organiser) shall commence on 13th November 2014 and be available until 27th
November 2014, both dates inclusive unless notified otherwise (Campaign Period). The
Organiser reserves the right to end the Campaign earlier than the 27th November 2014.
Applications received after the Campaign has ended will not be valid.

2. The Campaign is open to all customers who:
2.1 register online at the Organiser's website, ringgitplus.com, for a qualifying OCBC
Fixed Deposit product (OCBC FD) and subsequently open the Fixed Deposit account
at an OCBC Branch;

2.3. the following categories of persons shall not be considered as OCBC FD customers
and shall NOT be eligible for the Organisers Campaign:
2.3.1 persons who make an over the counter application for an OCBC FD and
never register for the Campaign at the Organisers website.
2.3.2. permanent and contract employees of OCBC, and Saving Plus Sdn Bhd

2.3 The Organiser reserves the right to approve or reject registrations submitted at the
website without assigning any reason.

3. The Organiser offers an exclusive gift ("Campaign Gift") to customers who open a new
OCBC FD register at the Organiser's website, ringgitplus.com. (Accountholders).

3.1 Accountholder is eligible for only one Campaign Gift throughout the Campaign Period.

3.2 Accountholders registration for an OCBC FD account via the Organisers website, and
opening of an OCBC FD account over the counter at an OCBC Branch must be completed on
or before 27th November 2014.

3.3 When creating an OCBC FD account over the counter at an OCBC Branch an
Accountholder must display the SMS received from RinggitPlus immediately following
registration. If the SMS is not shown at time of account opening the Accountholder may not
be eligible for the Campaign offer.

3.4 The Campaign Gift is a Medklinn Asens Air Steriliser. The offer of the Campaign Gift is
exclusively available at the Organisers website, ringgitplus.com. Customers who open an
OCBC FD account at an OCBC Branch who have not registered at the Organisers website are
not eligible for this offer.

3.5 The Campaign Gift is subject to availability and limited to the first 200 registered
Accountholders.. In the event of unforeseen circumstance the Organiser reserves the right
to substitute alternative gifts of equivalent or greater value.

3.6 The Campaign Gift is not exchangeable for cash or transferrable.

3.7 The Organiser will send each Campaign Gift via a reputable courier service within 28

days of OCBC confirming that the Accountholder has opened a new OCBC FD account.

3.8 The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, tampering, theft or
modification of the Campaign Gift once it has been collected from The Organisers place of
dispatch for delivery by the courier company.

3.9 Only Accountholders who fulfill the Terms and Conditions shall be eligible for a
Campaign Gift. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify applicants who have failed to
fulfill the Terms and Conditions and/or who have submitted incomplete or inaccurate data,
without prior notice.

3.10 Acceptance of the terms in this offer and Campaign does not exclude an eligible
Cardholder from participation in Campaigns and offers made available at OCBCs website,
ocbc.com.my

4. By applying at ringgitplus.com, all customers consent to the use of their personal data by
the Organiser for the purposes of the administration of this offer and any other purposes to
which the entrant has consented, such as the Terms and Conditions, Personal Data and
Information Notice and Privacy Policy published at ringgitplus.com

5. By accepting the offer each eligible person agrees to be bound by these terms and
conditions.

5.1 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign without
notice. Any cancellation, termination or suspension of the Campaign by The Organiser shall
not entitle the applicant to any claim or compensation against The Organiser for any loss or
damage incurred by the applicant as a direct and indirect result of such cancellation,
termination or suspension.

5.2 The decisions of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Campaign, including but
not limited to the type of Campaign Gift, shall be deemed final and conclusive under any
circumstance and no complaint from any applicant will be entertained. The decisions of The
Organiser are final, conclusive and binding and no further appeal, enquiry and/or
correspondence will be entertained.

5.3 The terms and conditions herein contained shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of Malaysia
