R2W is a company that provides professional, intelligence based ratings Australia wide for most
thoroughbred racing conducted at TAB meetings. Non TAB meetings can also be generated upon
special request. In addition we provide other specialised products which are detailed on our website.
The Specialised Race Assessments (SRA) which you have purchased is the result of all R2W internal
intellectual property which includes access to external factors not found in the general race form.
These have a bearing on betting markets and include our own extensive personal experience and take
on this information. Remember SRA are available for you to purchase, for Sydney Metro, NSW
Provincial and feature carnival races usually held in Victoria and Queensland.
The following paragraphs will outline how we use these SRA ourselves in our own betting activities so
as to provide a solid base upon which you can structure your own betting strategy. On the next page
you will find a detailed legend that describes what each heading in the SRA means.
Each race in the SRA will have a Value Rating assigned to it. These are listed as Good, Average or
Poor. We recommend only wagering in Good and Average rated races. It is important to note that our
Value Rating assessment is not a reflection of the class of race or the horses engaged. It is our
assessment on whether wagering this type of race after taking into account market prices the
distribution between the rated chances will likely lead to profits in the longer term.
Regardless of what anyone tells you Value is the key to gaining profit from any market that involves
the risk of wagering. Within the SRA we provide you with our final assessment that is depicted by a
dividend that should form the minimum price that you are willing to accept if betting to our suggested
wagering strategy.
Level staking your bets will often lead to a larger bank drawdown than proportionally staking your
selections. This is due to the fact that your selections may be spread across differing odds ranges.
Simply put shorter priced horses will win more often than longer priced horses therefore it makes
sense to wager in accordance with either the horses market price or as we suggest the r2win $
assessed dividend. In each race you will find the suggested units in which to bet.
Wagering Strategy Summary
We suggest that you bet only when the Race Value Rating is either Good or Average. If our r2win $
dividend is equal to or greater than our Expect $, then we recommend that you place a wager equal to
the Units listed. This should be at best fluctuation if you are unable to shop for better prices.

Horse's saddlecloth number.

If the HN is flagged green that means that the horse is a R2W Indicator.
These flags represent a hybrid rating methodology that takes into
consideration such key factors as recent race performance, ability for it to
perform carrying the weight allocated and its inherent distance ability. It is
important to note that common statistics are completely ignored in the
calculation process.

Horse's name.

The finish position of the horse in this race. The SRA is updated after
completion of the days racing and will be available for viewing on our
website.

AgS

Age and sex of the horse e.g. 3G = 3yo gelding, C= colt, F= filly, M= mare.

Days

Days since last race start. Note: Horse may have trialled since.

Jockey

Race jockey for today.

Trainer

Race trainer for today.
