The OX Payplan

In the new OX Payplan, V-Pack purchases are commissionable and thus part of the OX payouts.
V-Packs will cost $299.
So, every time someone is sponsored to you directly with a V-Pack purchase, you will earn a
commission from both the V-Pack and the OX product.

The OX Payplan commissions in 3 ways:

Fast Start Commissions

Every time you personally enroll a new PE (Personal Enrollee) or any time a V-Pack is fulfilled for
you personally, you will receive an instant Fast-Start Bonus.
As an example, when you refer one new person who purchases a V-Pack ($299) and the
minimum $39 monthly OX product, you will receive a one-time $50 Fast Start Bonus.

V-Team Multiplier
This is the most exciting aspect of the OX Payplan because once you complete your V-Team,
you will be earning a little more than 4X your monthly OX product purchase.
For example, when your V-Team is complete, the following applies:

$39 Monthly OX Product Purchase = $160+ Monthly Residual Income

$179 Monthly OX Product Purchase = $716+ Monthly Residual Income

$299 Monthly OX Product Purchase = $1200+ Monthly Residual Income

The V-Team is very simple: it is a 2X3 Matrix that is filled with your first 2 personally sponsored
members, their 2, and their 2. It is just 14 people total. Once your V-Team is complete, you are
done.
You now enjoy monthly residual income for the lifetime of the company, which pays you 4X
your monthly product purchase.

You must personally sponsor 2 people minimum in order to qualify for ANY income from the VTeam Multiplier. Until you do, you will not collect any commissions from it.
You can qualify with two V-Packs (each of which sponsors a new member to you) or with a
minimum of one V-Pack and one personally referred member (from friends, contacts, etc).
As the supply of V-Packs will be limited to a First-Come, First-Served basis, TeamVinh will also
offer a new product called a V-Pack Option; in which you will receive sponsorship of any
spillover enrollments from your personal upline and/or the next open position in line for future
V-Pack offerings.
The price for a V-Pack Option will also be $299.

Global One Line Team

You will also earn on the growth of the entire company below you via the OX Bonus Pools. You
must qualify to enter into each Bonus Pool, at which time you will share in the revenues of that
monthly Bonus Pool with all other qualifying members.
Here is how this works:
Each new global member who joins OX (after you) is placed below you in the Global One Line to
infinity. Based on the total team volume of Global Members under you in the One Line AND
based on your own personal performance in OX (number of personally sponsored members,
your current Autoship level), you can qualify to enter the Bonus Pools at higher and higher
levels.
The Qualification Parameters to enter into each Bonus Pool will not be completely released
until our Official OX Launch.

Must have personally enrolled 15 V-Pack or V-Pack Option Members

Bonus Pool 3
Must be on $179 Autoship (or higher)
Must have personally enrolled 30 V-Pack or V-Pack Option Members
Must have a total Global One Line Volume (GV) of: TBA (to be announced)
Bonus Pool 4
Must be on $299 Autoship
Must have personally enrolled 60 V-Pack or V-Pack Option Members
Must have a total Global One Line Volume (GV) of: TBA (to be announced)
Bonus Pool 5
Must be on Top Product Autoship (price TBA)
Must have personally enrolled 100 V-Pack or V-Pack Option Members
Must have a total Global One Line Volume (GV) of: TBA (to be announced)

*The Bonus Pool Qualification parameters are subject to change, as expressed in the OX Terms
and Policies.
**The Bonus Pools collect a small percentage of each and every new V-Pack and OX enrollment
fee, one-time. Bonus Pools 3, 4, and 5 also collect additional revenue from any new Business
Volume in the V Shopping Mall (coming soon); and finally, Bonus Pools 4 and 5 receive a small
percentage from ALL monthly Autoships, companywide.
