CANCELLATION POLICY:
The Cancellation Policy will be applied according to the Terms and Conditions of the Hotel
& Vehicle.

BOOKING PROCEDURES AND PAYMENTS:

A confirmation letter will have to be issued appointing TRAVELTOONS as the travel
partners to handle the Dealer Incentive Tour and accepting the terms and conditions
mentioned here in.
An advance payment of 50% of the total amount will have to be paid by means of D.D. / Cash
payable long with the confirmation letter.

The complete balance payment should be settled at least 5 working days prior to the date of
commencement of the programme.
