Introduction
Stress is a fact of everyday life. When people reach out for help, they are often dealing with
circumstances, situations, and stressors in their lives that leave them feeling emotionally and
physically overwhelmed. Many people feel that they have very little resources or skills to deal
with the high levels of stress they are experiencing
Stress can come from any situation or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or anxious.
Everyone sees situations differently and has different coping skills. For this reason, no two
people will respond exactly the same way to a given situation.
Stress is a normal part of life. In small quantities, stress is good; it can motivate you and help you
become more productive. However, too much stress, or a strong response to stress can be
harmful. How we perceive a stress provoking event and how we react to it determines its impact
on our health.
If we always respond in a negative way, our health and happiness may suffer. By understanding
ourselves and our reaction to stress-provoking situations, we can learn to handle stress more
effectively. In the most accurate meaning, stress management is not about learning how to avoid
or escape the pressures and turbulence of modern living; it is about learning to appreciate how
the body reacts to these pressures, and about learning how to develop skills which enhance the
bodys adjustment. To learn stress management is to learn about the mind-body connection and
to the degree to which we can control our health in a positive sense.

Management Question
How that training program will be arranged?

Methodology: The logistics of that project will be based on four phases, which are:
1. Preparing a Training Module
This module will consist of multimedia presentation including 15-20-slides, which will
composed of several related pictures, movie clips, graphical figures and different research
conclusions etc.
2. Consult & Arrange a Required and well Reputed Trainer
In this second phase we will arrange a trainer for giving training of 2 to 3 hours to
managers on this topic. The payment for that trainer is estimated in the budgets portion.
3. Invite Local Managers for that Training Program
This phase will be managed by making three teams (2 members in each team). Each team
will have to arrange at least 3 managers of local organizations. So in the end, minimum 9
managers will be there for participation in training program.
4. Arrangement of a Place for Training
NUMLs auditorium hall is the best and available place for that training program, for
arrangement of this, two of our members will meet the officials and make it done till
assurance of availability of that hall.

Conclusion
This up-mentioned training program is surely in the benefit of the local organizations,
and the participants including students, which will also learn the whole training program
practically and the benefits of term creative learning and thinking in their works also.
This whole training program will help local organizations to follow the modern aspects of
managing the work and one can be a competitive smart element in ongoing race of
managements.
