ASPECT RATION:
The aspect ratio is an image describes the properties/ Relationship
between its width and its height of images.
Which is separated as colon ( : ) as (16 : 9) for an x : y aspect ratio.
The width is dividing into x units of equal length and the height is
measured using this same length unite. Consider a group of images all
with an aspect ratio of 16:9 one image is 16 inches wide and 9 inches
high.
An example the most common aspect ratio used today in the
presentation of films in cinemas are 1.85:1 and 2.39:1 there are
common video graphics aspect ratio are 4:3
The aspect ratio of a geometric shape is the ratio between its sizes in
different dimensions
The aspect ratio of a rectangle is the ratio of its longer side to its
shorter side the ratio of width to height.

DPI (DOTS PER INCH)

DPI stand for dots per inch in DPI we can see every dots per inches on
the screen of our video graphics adopter resolution each pixel and each
dots per centimeter.
These tiny dots or number of individual dots that can be placed in a line
with in 1 inch (2.54cm)

DPI MEASUREMENT IN MONITOR RESOLUTION

Our video display devices as monitor do not have dots as a concept of
monitor resolution and images is pixels per inch.
Monitor commonly use dot pitches of (0.39, 0.33, 0.32, 0.29, 0.27, 0.25,
0.22) millimeters (mm).

PIXEL DENSITY (RESOLUTION)

Pixel density or Resolution is a measurement of the pixel resolution of
device in various contexts such as computer displays, image scanners
and digital cameras, image sensors.

COMPUTER DISPLAYS
The PPI of a computer display is related to the size of the display in
inches and the total number of pixel in the horizontal and vertical
directories.
The measurement is often referring to as dots per inch.
A 15 inch (38cm) display whose dimensions works out to 12 inches
(30.48cm) wide by 9 inches (22.86cm) high.

MEGA PIXEL
We can see an images as pixel elements a pixel is equal to one million
pixel or tiny dots
We represent megapixel (MP) 2 mega pixel print size in a paper of (4x6)
size. And the resolution is 1600x1200 = 1920000 bits.

If we divide these bits in RGB color (RED GREEN BLUE) every color
contains 8bits its mean 8bits+8bits+8bits = 24 bits.
We divide number of bits in bytes 80,000 bytes also we have 12
megapixels the resolution is 4200x2800= 11760000 bits.
The number of megapixel is only one aspect relating to quality of a
camera.
