Western thought. His surviving works cover a vast range of subjects, including logic, ethics,
metaphysics, politics, natural science, and physics.
Rhetoric
The art of effective or persuasive speaking or writing, especially the use of figures of speech and
other compositional technique
Part 1: Rhetoric is the faculty of observations in a given case the available means of persuasion.
Simply we can say that, rhetoric is the art of persuasive speaking. In daily life all men discussed
different types of statements to defend their own statement and attack others. But most of the
people they mainly focus on not essential while they ignore non-essential. Rhetorical study is
framed around different modes of persuasions. Rhetoric is a universal subject as dialectic. Its
main function is not the success in persuasion but to discover the means that leads toward
success.
Deals with the means of persuasion, the logical proofs based upon dialectic. The second with the
psychological or ethical proofs, based upon knowledge of the human emotions and their causes,

three things. State of mind of an angry person, From whom they get angry and reasons of
angriness?
Part 2: In this part here are some kinds of persuasions have been discussed. The spoken modes
of persuasion have three kinds, which depends on personal character of the speaker, putting the
audience in a frame of mind and the words of speeches. Personal character means that the good
men are believed than bad men. Putting the audience in frame of mind means that environment
should be friendly than hostile.

Thirdly, the argumentation should be supported by logical

words.
