Consacrated again the flag Baussant.

It was performed Saturday at Macchiaroli Castle in Teggiano the investiture
ceremony of new Templar Knoghts from Supremus Civilis et Militari Ordo Templi
Hierosolymitani- SCMOTH 1804 OSMTJ-- Internation Order of Templar Knights
NGO. The event, sposored by the Township of Teggiano and Monte Pruno's Bank of
Roscigno and Laurino, saw the presence of Templar groups from Milan, Florence,
Turin, Castrovillari, Vibo Valentia, Cosenza, Cilento, Caposele and Sala Consilina,
Were knighted: Enzo Polito, Antonio Lambiase, Leonardo Longobucco, Falciano
Pasquale, Gaspare Alfisi, Enrico Ciriaco and Danilo Bartucci. Furthemore, there were
assigned the following positions in Consilium Commandery to the brothers:
Vincenzo Petrazzuolo (Vice Commader), Benedetto Mazzariello (Secretary), Mario Di
Brizzi (Chancellor), It was given the Honourary Knighthood to Teggiano Mayor, Mr.
Rocco Cimino, to the Culture Assessor Ms Sonia Marino and to Mr. Michele Albanese,
General Manager of BCC Monte Pruno's Bank of Roscigno and Laurino. It was
Honoured also Father Gabriele Petrocelli, nominated Honorary Chaplain of the
Internation Order of Templar Knights. Because of the honour given to Father Gabriele,
the Consilium Commandery of Sala Consilina and Order of Templar Knights will
organize at the Most Holy Trinity of Sala Consilina some meetings on the theme of
Christianity and Catholic Spirit in Templar Knights. Culture Assessor Ms Sonia
Marino received the Magisterial Decree of Teggiano, World Capital of Templar
Knights, after the historical seats of Jerusalme and Cyprus. On the cry of Valcento,
Magnum Magister Frater Roberto Amato, helped by the brothers Claudio Laferla and
Rosario Nicola Luisi of Magnum Magisterium, consacreted again the Templar War
Banner. Rituality interrupted on Semptember 14th 1307. The Baussant, white and
black banner of the Temple's Order. Opposing Colours, or non-colours, as it would be
more correct say. White and black depict the eternal conflict between Light and
Darkness, Good and Evil. But represent also the life philosophy of those Knights. For
them, there was no middle path. Compromises. Easy ways out. Feal to the Oath given,
that is sering God by means of the Temple's Order and to obey only to the Roman
Pontifex, for them no withadrawl exist. At the end the appeal to the two international
circuits: Portuguese OSMTH , Scotland and USA, OSMTH.
The present, devastating social and plitical upheaval in Middle East, sunk in a
atmosphere of brutal conflict, bring to the reflection that Templar Organisms Statutes
include, between the principal targets, the right to the existence for Christians and the
freedom to profess the Fainth in Christ and the defence of Peace as a Supreme Value of
the Humanity. In the light of those facts, appears suitable and compelling to establish an
International Templar Observatory for the Peace, a common Table to give help, counsel
and solidarity to the populations and nations suffering the ordeal of war and an
infamous ethnic cleansing. Subsctiptions are waited from individual Templar
Organisms, everywhere in the world, for the common defense of unquenchable Humanl
Values in front of the ruthless violence dominating a place so rich in history and
wisdom. Jerusalem shall come back being a place of peace and meeting between
religions..

The delivery of the War Banner caused a great degree of emotion between the
attendants. Give me courage, oh Lord... because I am your servant... And instill me

strenght in battle.. For me to disperse Your enemies.... As dust in a gust of wind. Amen.
The evening ended with the presentation of the book Black Soul-Equinoxes- of the
Templar Writer Mr Giovanni Lanzo, with the preface of Grand Master Roberto Amato.
The book raised a great interest, a gathering of verses associated with enigmatic
symbols that brings the reader in different ages, a mystic travel between the wordly life
reality and the discover of a new spiritual order. After the reading of the Castaway
Prayer, moving was the embrace between the writer and the Grand Master, seal of the
Templar Spirit.
