Re: demand to exercise reserve powers

Reserve powers are administrative remedies under the Jamaican constitutional order in
council 1962, which is constitutionally shared, not only between the defacto queen and her
governor general representative in Kings House, but also between the voice of the people in
political unity, and the judicial international authority under article 21.3 (the will of the
people shall be the basis for government authority), of the Universal Declaration of Human
Rights charter for all human beings, which is the legitimate end to the social contract theory.

Therefore, in light of the incompetence, immaturity and moral corruption (deviating from the
UN law of equality) of the Jesuit taught politicians in Jamaican parliament, we, the sovereign
(politically free) African expatriates on the island of Jamaica today, who bear a clear
conscience (knowing human right and Jesuit supremacy WRONGS, and choosing human right)
against coercion by the State, move to exercise our reserve powers, as a means to
diplomatically END unlawful Jesuit taxation without human rights representation, of African

expatriates that are being commercially (constitutionally) repressed and politically exploited
in every corner of this island nation in global trade (commerce).

We, the sovereign African expatriates on the island of Jamaica, also unanimously APPOINT
and COMMISSION an Ambassador Extraordinaire and Plenipotentiary, Luel Ras Mesfin Haile
Selassie I, as our Universal Human Rights Ambassador (servant for humanity) in global
trade (commerce), affective this World Human Rights DEFENDERS DAY December 9th 2014.

In conjunction with the United Nations, we also declare this day, as a day to give universal
recognition (diplomatic immunity) to human rights defenders in the political nature of their
humanitarian deed (works), as we demand immediate interim measures (diplomatic
accommodations) as a legal remedy, and a lawful diplomatic way to proceed an achieve.

In light of article 21.2 of the UDHR, which give human beings the international right
(diplomatic privilege) to FREELY choose a human rights representative under international
law, we challenge the Government of Jamaica through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Office
over all, to implement universal human rights Law OR VIOLATE the UN charter in tacit
allegiance (agree by silence) with the Jesuit world boss (pope)!
