Need for the program: Presently, Homeschoolers of all ages and their parents use the
library as a study space, a resource for book materials and as a place to facilitate group
work. As part of our mission, we provide facilities and an environment, which connects
people to ideas, experiences and information. Our library is an educational resource tool and
can provide Homeschoolers with much, much more. This program will introduce homeschool
families to all our resources including emergent literacy programs, online databases,
curricula support, inter-library loans, STEM, current informational resources and the variety
