The UCLA Anderson PGPX is designed for high potenZal business leaders and emerging stars with several years of

Considering the limited seats in the program and rolling

admissions process, submi6ng your applica8on in an earlier

You need to complete one short essay answering two

quesZons - What are your long-term (5-10 years) career
aspiraZons? How will the UCLA PGPX help you achieve
these?
Document Submission
You are required to submit academic documents (degrees,
diplomas and transcripts). This is to facilitate an evaluaZon
of your academic prole and achievements.
Interview
Once shortlisted, you will be interviewed by Northwest and/
or UCLA before you can be accepted into the program. These
interviews may be conducted in person or over the
telephone.

Applica8on fee is only refunded in the case an applicant is not

oered an admission to the program.

PROGRAM FEES
The Program Fee is US$ 25,000 (inclusive of all taxes,
charges and fees) and is to be paid to Northwest ExecuZve
EducaZon. It covers teaching fees, all academic material,
lunches, select dinners and accommodaZon for the US
academic module only in Los Angeles. The above fee does
not include travel expenses (domesZc and internaZonal)
and accommodaZon for modules in India as well as any
other expenses not explicitly stated as above.

Resume Building: Workshops explain the nuances of a good
resume and provide a ready format for you to highlight your
achievements. The team also works with you to develop and
maintain a strong prole on acZve professional networks,
such as LinkedIn.
Personal Development: Psychometric tests such as Strength
Finder, MBTI, FIRO B etc. will help you understand your blind
spots and areas for improvement. You are then provided
one-on-one coaching to help create a roadmap for such
improvements.
Knowledge & ExperZse: As part of your individual
development plan, you are asked to select / idenZfy areas of
experZse, which can be used to build a strong

personal brand. You are also provided help as required in

meeZng other subject macer experts to increase your
knowledge base.
Company ConnecZons: You work closely with the Northwest
team to idenZfy the companies that provide a best t with
your aspiraZons and career advancement plan. Together, we
chart out a path to connect you with the selected
companies by using the network of Founders, Faculty, Peers,
Industry Guests, etc.
ExecuZve Search: Northwest works with several top Zer
execuZve search agencies to ensure that the you (based on
your prole and prior experience) can get access to a wide
spectrum of opportuniZes.
Interview PreparaZon: Besides conducZng workshops and
providing high quality resources to help develop
