Anabond 7931 AAF is a two-part
polyurethane system suitable for industrial air filter
bonding and potting the filter papers. It can be used
for clean room air filter bonding applications. It also
has a very good
ood water resistance and moderate
dielectric strength.

It adheres well to a range of

substrates such as Aluminium, Ms, FRP, Paper and

Galvanized metals. Rate of cure is highly depended
on

both

temperature

and

humidity.

Mix well Part A before mixing with Part B, due

to soft sedimentation in the resin during
storage period to get perfect bonding.
Mix Part A (Resin) & Part B (Hardener) in the
ratio ranging from 100:28
00:28 to 100: 34 parts by
weight.
Filter paper fixing time would be preferred
within 240 seconds after mixing resin and
hardener.

Storage condition
Store the material in its original container between 25
- 35C in dry atmosphere to prevent moisture
absorption and crystallization. Do not open until
ready to use.

Potted

components could be handled after 1- 2 hours @ 30

3035C
C for the next operation. System contains minimal
phosphate content to service pharma and biological
industrial filter bonding applications.
