Industrial Experience (7 Years):

I have worked in PP plant (Reliance) shutdown in 2014 from Jagdamba Enterprise, there
I had package of calibration of field instruments such as Level transmitter, pressure
transmitter, flow transmitter, pressure switches, temperature transmitters.
Presently working in PBR/SBR plant in Reliance Hazira with Jagdamba Enterprise:
work scope involve corrective jobs that include problems related to Level, Pressure, Flow
instruments, valves, along with maintenance jobs related to process plant.
I have an experience of working in SBR/PBR in Reliance Hazira with Jagdamba
Enterprises automation related jobs that include automation at finishing area starting with
expellers, expander, vibrating conveyors, auto-dye changer, Balers, conveying system, Bale
Film Wrappers, Auto- weigh checkers, Auto- Stitching machines and final check weigher
and auto bagging machine.
Worked with Hofincons InfoTech & industrial services Ltd which has its maintenance
team working for Reliance Industries Ltd, Hazira, Surat.

Academic Qualifications:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Government Polytechnic College, Valsad in the

year 2010 with 53.22%.
ITI as Electrician (NCVT) from ITI Majura Gate, Surat, Gujarat in the year 2004 with
78%.
SSC from VT CHOKSI Higher secondary School in the year 2000 with 70.45%.

Instrumentation Skills:

Calibration and loop checking of field instruments such as Level, pressure, flow,
temperature transmitters by HART 375/ HART 475 as per standard procedures.
Hands-on working experiences in DVC positioner calibration of Fisher make control

valves and its stroke checking.

Hands-on working experience in limit switch adjustment and problem finding for On-Off
valves indications.
Good working experience to carry out smooth operation of PBR/SBR finishing area and
maintaining its integrity with instrumentation skills those includes special instruments
such as Light Barriers, Limit/Proximity switches, Hydraulic as well as Pneumatic SOVs,
Load Cells, Labeler stations, Printers, Scanners and Weighers and conveying systems.
Hands-on experience in Allen Bradley PLC for troubleshooting the problem.
Good knowledge of AUTEFA WARE House PLC to Data Base communication Systems.
Troubleshooting and fault finding in the system like Bus faults, communication faults and
sensor faults.
Hands on experience in SIEMENS S7 and S5 PLC installations.
Worked in S5 to S7 up gradation in Baler and Draw line of PSF Plant in which all inter
panel wiring was carried out.
Good Knowledge of Draw line, PLC SINEC L2 DP network communication system.
